In astrology, nodes are supposed to tell your life purpose. North & South node together is known as the lunar nodes. To find your south node, it should be the opposite sign of your north node.
Opposite signs are also known as sister signs (whether you go for opposites attract or repel theory that's up to you. But that's what sister signs are about)
