It was a few days until Christmas and mine and Ashton's relationship couldn't be better. The boys and I had also gotten closer with Tegan since she's been here for a month now. I still didn't eat too much but always an apple that Calum brought. Today Brooke and I went to get a Christmas tree. Mom didn't really have a plan for the holidays but we knew Ryan would be here. I'd talked a bit more with him when our mom wasn't around and Brooke and I had grown to quite like him. He told us that he'd clear out a place on the living room for a tree if Brooke and I got it

"I think we should get this one" Brooke says

"It has to be able to fit on my car and in the house. That's way to big"

"This one?" She points to a smaller tree but it was nice

"I like it if you do" she nods

We got back to the house and walked in the door, I heard multiple voices. Brooke and I looked at each other in confusion. I listened for a moment and heard Ashton's laugh. I walked into the living room to see Ryan and Ashton talking

"Hey ash"

"Hi babe, how are you?"

"Good you?" I say still a little confused

"I'm good, hi Brooke" she smiles

"Ryan come see the tree we got" Brooke took him outside

"What're you doing here?" I give him a kiss now

"I came to see if you were here to hang out and you obviously weren't but Ryan said you'd be back soon so we just hung out for a bit"

"Where'd you park? I didn't see your car"

"I thought you'd be in your room so I parked in the back"

"Oh" I nod. Ryan and Brooke came back inside now

"Good choice of tree" he said "little big"

"You should've seen all the other ones she wanted" I point to my sister

"If we get it in, you can decorate it tonight"

"I'll head out if you're going to do family stuff" ash stood up

"Just as much family as I am" Ryan said, Ashton turned back to me

"Stay" I smiled

"Ok let's bring a tree inside" he said

"Thank you for staying today" I said softly to Ashton

"Not a problem baby" he hummed. We were laying in my bed now, both half asleep. Ashton insisted on watching 'elf' and neither of us made it through the whole movie. My head buried in his chest, his arms around my waist and his head rested on mine "goodnight"

"Night"

I woke up slightly and curled back into Ashton's side. I heard him chuckle. I turned my head and rested it on his stomach, looking up at his face

"Someones finally up" he laughed a bit

"What time is it?" He picked up his phone to look, then rested his hand on my head and ran his fingers through my hair

"Shortly after 11 and it's Christmas Eve"

"Right"

"I should get home soon"

"Ok" I sigh

"You're coming over for dinner on Boxing Day right?" I nod "good. Lauren will be excited"

"I got her something"

"You didn't have to"

"But I did, I got something for you, Lauren and Harry"
