I woke up with the sun shiny on my face I blinked a few times rubbing the sleepiness from my eyes I got up from my bed as a groan left my lips I couldn't believe Mike told me he was in love with me why did he have to do this to me? I'm in a relationship with the most sweetest boy ever and he tells me he's in love with me! I get out of bed making my way to the bathroom when I saw Mike getting out of bed heading to the bathroom as well. We made eye contact with each other before he turns on his heel walking away from me he went to the bathroom to get ready for school, I groan and decide to have some breakfast before I get ready for school. Sitting down I notice dad already ready for work he looks at me and gives me a grin. "Hey kiddo ready for school?" I sigh and shrug my shoulders "I don't know I'm kind of nervous I mean what if the other kids make fun of mine and Derek's relationship?" My dad puts down his paper then looks at me"Listen at me chris you've got your friends and you've got boyfriend, if those kids still give you trouble I'll be there kicking their ass then their parents ass!" I smile at my dad hugging him then pulled back from him ". Thanks dad you're the best", he chuckles softly looking proud "No problem son" I eat my breakfast and get ready for school I wear a plain red shirt and pants to school I only wear my anime shirts on the weekend and not the weekday I don't need to be made fun of for being a anime fan as well I grab my bag and walk downstairs seeing Mike he looked handsome today he wears a v-shaped t-shirt with black pants and black shirts to match his light brown hair messy but it looks so good like that. He looks at me and sighs before walking away from me going downstairs to eat some breakfast, I heard the doorbell and I race downstairs to get the door but before I could Mike gets there before me opening the door Derek stands there with a button up purple shirt one with one button undone with white khakis on and Jordan's on he looks very handsome. Mike just stares at Derek before saying ". Make sure you protect Chris if anything happens to him at school I'll come after you then anyone who hurt him", he says in a low deep voice Derek nods looking at Mike he takes in a deep breathe before letting it out slowly "I'll protect him even if it causes my me my life" Derek said looking serious as I've ever, seen him I smile at him grabbing his hand he softly grips his hand in mine and we make our way to his parents car walking hand in hand we get into the car and drive off going to school, we talk in the car with his parents smiling turns out his parents liked me already I am happy that they do. Because if they hated me it would have only, made our relationship even harder to deal with even though they were shocked that he was gay they were accepting after having a talk with his sister they would rather have their son in their life then not have him at all. We soon got to school thanking his parents for taking us then they left we looked at the school then at each other ". You ready honey?" Derek asked me softly I sigh taking a deep breath then taking his hand in mine looking at him ", I'm as ready as I would ever be" we then walk hand in hand in school waiting for whatever hell it brings us.
