Isabella's POV

The next day, I reached the academy early and Elle was now dragging me with her to the garden, that was situated right in the middle of our academy.

Most of the students lounged around here before the classes started or when they had a free class.

The garden was beautifully landscaped with little fountains here and there, neatly trimmed bushes and beautiful flower beds. We sat on a park bench near a small fountain.

She was just about to say something, when she was stopped mid sentence by the rev of an engine and we turned around to see who it was.

There were about 5 cars and a jeep full of people trailing behind a silver Aston Martin DB11.

That was one grand entrance, huh.

The car door to the passenger seat opened and a brunette stepped out of the car and judging by the face Elle made looking at her, she was Leonardo's girlfriend, Adriana Lombardi.

His brown hair was coiffed to perfection. He had a sharp jawline, high cheekbones and his body was perfect. The shirt he was wearing did nothing to hide the muscles rippling beneath them. I couldn't see his eyes though, as they were hidden behind his black shades.

He's gorgeous! Crystal said and I couldn't agree more.

Crystal is my wolf. She's the best wolf anyone could ever ask for, but she could be really annoying sometimes.

They did not need to explain why he would choose Adriana as his girlfriend. She was beautiful with highlighted brown hair which lay past her shoulders in loose curls and brown eyes. She was clinging to him like her life depended on it.

They looked good together, but something about that did not sit well with me. I thought nothing of it.

We then went to our first class which was History.

Dad had already taught us about all the history there was to know, since it was mandatory for all the Alpha's children to take up extra studies other than the things we learnt at schools.

You could imagine how boring it was for me sitting here. Zion, my second best friend, the one to complete our trio, shared this class with me.

I couldn't sit still. I was fidgeting, playing with my fingers. I felt like I could break a window, rearrange the chairs or maybe run out of class altogether. That's how boring it was, but it was only bearable because of Zion.

We took the backseat as usual, but surprisingly Charlotte hadn't bothered to talk to us today.

In the next few minutes I knew why.
