I dropped my dagger and ran forward, taking her into a death tight embrace. She hugged me back as I cried into her chest. She pat my head and tried to comfort me. They were here, Enoel and Judy were here.

"Why...h...How are you guys here?" I managed to say. Enoel looked at me with sturn eyes and answered.

"A little girl with brown hair put in two braids and a torn dress on came to us when we were walking home from the party. She told us that these men were chasing her through the woods, and then she suddenly came upon two large wolves, one brown, and the other snow white with strange markings, and a small teen was aback the white one with strange markings. We immediately knew that the white wolf was Loretta, and assumed the teen was you, but we have no idea about the brown wolf." Enoel rushed out. Judy took a breath and continued on for him.

"We asked if she could take us to you, but she fearfully declined and instead pointed us in your direction. We walk for what seemed like ages, and then we just heard your scream and ran towards it. And now we are here, but where's Loretta, and that brown wolf the girl told us about?" She asked concerned. I took another shaky breath and explained.

"Loretta was shot and taken by a boy named Benny, but that brown wolf, JJ had taken hold of Benny and scared the crap out of him and had thrown him into a tree breaking it in half, it started falling towards me. I stood there frozen like the idiot I am, and he pushed me away, taking the crushing blow. But somehow Benny had lived and I had fought him out of anger. I had won, but barely." I finished out of breath.

"Wait, woah woah woah, hold on, Loretta's brother is a werewolf? And Benny is a bad person? And you can fight!?" Enoel asked in disbelief.

"But more importantly, where is JJ?" Judy asked in great concern, brushing off Enoel's questions. A lump formed in my throat, making me unable to speak. I lifted my tired arm and pointed at the slim, dead fallen maple, where his body lay motionless under the branches. They dropped everything and ran over to him, me following not to far behind. Judy quickly fell to her knees, reaching in the tangled mess. The branches scraped and scratched her skin as she search for his pulse. Her worried face quickly dropped to relief. I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding.

"There's a pulse, it's very faint, but it's there," She said with reassurance, "we need to get this tree off of him before it's too late." Judy continued.

"Let's start by breaking off as many branches as possible to rid of some weight." Enoel suggested, breaking a branch off with a snap. We nodded and followed his actions. Snaps and tears of breaking wood echoed throughout the forest as we desperately worked away, tearing at the branches in our way. Once the tree was mostly bare, we started working at the hard part, getting the tree off of Loretta's poor brother. With all the strength we could muster we pushed and pulled at the dead, barren tree. I groaned as my muscles fought against the weight of the tree, it moved with all of us pushing it with great effort just enough for us to grab JJ and pull him out of the tangle of branches. We pulled him out and onto the soft green grass, Enoel rolling him onto his back. I kneeled down next to JJ, and without thinking took off my jacket, putting under his head for support. This leaving my arms uncovered that I would rather have hidden.

"Woah, what have you been doing while you were gone for all that time?" Enoel asked looking at my bare arms. He examined my toned muscles and scars embedded into my skin. I ignored his question and continued to pull out splinters and twigs that were in JJ wounds, the skin slowly started to seal closed after each wound was cleaned.

"Lisa, can you please not ingnor..." I silenced him with a sharp glare and continued on with Judy. He sighed and helped out. Before we knew it, we had finished, and his bare torso and arms were completely free of wood and leaves stuck to his skin. Judy ran off to find a nearby stream, leaving Enoel and I alone. He took this chance and started a conversation with me that I didn't want to have.
