We drove home in silence. But it was a good silence...

I looked over at him, one hand on the wheel, his veins prominent and his eyes focused and I smile to myself.

"What?" He laughs as he catches me staring. "Nothing..." I smirk and he bites his lip and smiles.

He grabs ahold of my hand, kisses the back of it and looks back at the road, his fingers still interlocked with mine.

I stare out the window, and ino the cloudy, dark gray sky. I watch the greenery pass us and smile as i remember what happened just 30 minutes ago.

Little water droplets start to fall from he sky and soon scatter the wind shield. I jump in my seat a bit when the pitter patter of the rain soon turns into a crack of thunder and lightening dances across the darkening sky.

"Damn... Glad we left before we got stuck in this." He says as he stares at his surroundings. He readjusts himself in his seat. And grips my hand with his.

"Thank you... For today... And- I'm sorry.. again..." I say lowly, breaking the silence in the car.
He turns to look at me and his eyes smile as he flashes his teeth.

"Anything for you... And it's fine.." he sighs, "it's in the past." He says and I nod, look down at our hands.

"I love you." He smiles and I stare back into his hazel eyes. "I lo-"

His eyes went wide and his mouth opened like he was sahout to scream but no sound escaped  My body jolted to the side, feeling pain radiated throughout it. The world seem to flip beand soon and soon everything went black...

Darkness.

To be continued...
