Luxis' Pov

Chloe looked at me, worry filling her eyes. "Let's go." I whispered sticking the key into the first door. I entered it, searching the room with a knife out, for reaction time in case I couldn't arm my Innocence. Chloe had both her guns out and searched the left side of the room while I searched the right. The cool metal of the knife pressed against my wrist, the blade poised outwards. I found a small briefcase with a lock on it as I swiftly brought the knife towards it. It popped open with a small click as I propped the brown leather case open. Inside were tons of documents containing information about what the Earl planned to do for the next two months. It looked as if he was planning an attack soon, on the generals. Chloe had told me of General Yaeger, and how he fell to the Noah as well. I sighed as I put my knife down, sifting through the documents. Next to me was my golem. It was a cute little thing. It was a white ball with white wings that were tipped with black. It's tail was white as well with a black swirl at the end. It's head, I guess that's what it's called, had a black swirl on its face. I called it TicToc. Chloe's golem was the same except navy and silver. Her's was named Tizzy. I called Komui on my Golem, him answering immediately.

Komui's voice came from the other end, sounding a bit static. "Hey there Lux! Got anything for us?" Komui said as another voice came from it. "Hey Lux!" I heard Allen and Lavi yell before Komui shoed them off. "Well, by the documents I'm seeing here. The Earl is pre-" my sentence was cut short as a blow to the back of my head know led me over. Black spots dance around my vision as Komui's voice came from TicToc. "Lux! Lux! What's happening?!" He yelled as the man that attacked me crushed TicToc, cutting Komui off. I heard a scream as a thump sounded beside me, Chloe's blonde hair falling next to me. Her eyes were closed as I drifted off, closing mine as well.

Allen's Pov

"Lux! Lux! What's happening?!" Komui yelled as I rushed over. He had a distressed look on his face as my eyes widened. "What happened to Lux?!" I yelled angrily. "I don't know." Komui said worriedly. Lavi rushed over next swearing. "I can't get ahold of Chloe's golem either!" He yelled as a horrified expression washed over my face. "Komui! We have to save them!" I yelled before swinging my jacket on and rushing out, Lavi right behind me. "Wait! Be careful!" Komui yelled as we ran out of the Black Order's doors and heading towards the train station

We arrived at the town Chloe and Lux where at, after a long train ride. I ran as quick as I could to the hotel they were staying at. I flung open the door and rushed up the stairs and to the nearest door. I knocked rapidly on it until a man opened it. He looked to be about middle aged and well fed. "Excuse me. I'm looking for someone. Could you help me?" I asked holding up a sheet of paper with Lux and Chloe's pictures on it. He looked nervous as he looked over the sheet, beads of sweat dropping down his face. Behind him I saw a bloody base ball bat and a pair of black high heels and navy blue pumps. "U-Uh, I'm s-sorry, sir, but I h-haven't s-seen your fr-friends." The man stuttered. "May I look behind you? I'm just making sure." I said as Lavi ran up behind me. He panted as the man in front of me didn't budge. "I'm afraid I can't." He said looking down at me. "Exorcist." He said smirking. I growled before activating my Innocence and pinning him to that wall on the opposite side of the room. At a table sat Chloe and Lux, tied up. I covered my nose with my hand as I looked at Lux. Blood dropped from my nose as I looked away. She was wearing only her bra and underwear as was Chloe. Lavi had the same reaction as the man laughed. "What's so funny?!" I yelled wiping the blood away. "Watching you guys fawn over these girls." He said smirking. "Did you do this?" Lavi growled. "It's not like anything happened. I was just making them prettier." The man replied. I pushed him farther into the wall, earning a groan from him.

After Lavi and I had 'finished' dealing with the man. We walked over to where Lux and Chloe where, their eyelids fluttering open. "Lux!" I yelled hugging her. "Allen? Where am I?" Lux asked looking at me. "And when did you get a nosebleed." She asked looking at the dried blood under my nose. "You see, I uh,-" Lavi cut me off hurriedly. "The guy that kidnapped you guys punched him in the nose!" Lavi yelled before Lux looked at me worriedly. "Oh my god, are you okay?!" She yelled as Chloe looked at Lavi. "Yeah. If the guy punched Allen, then why does Lavi have a nosebleed to?" She said glaring at us suspiciously. "Well. After the guy punched me, he pushed Lavi into a wall, and hurt his nose?" I said more like a question. "Uh huh." Chloe said still suspicious. "Oh My God! That's why! And to think I really liked that outfit and now it had blood on it!" Chloe yelled as she looked at herself. Lavi's cheeks heated up, making his whole face light up like a tomato. Chloe grabbed a blanket as Lux sat there relaxed. "Uh. Lux you're like that too." I whispered. "I know." She said looking at me. My face heated up as she

got up and swung her arms around my neck and kissed my cheek. I swear to God I almost died. Lux sat back down to see a fuming Lavi. "Lux. What. The. Heck." Lavi said dangerously. "Yes?" She asked innocently. Lavi just rolled his eyes and helped Chloe get up. I reached over to the bed beside Lux and grabbed her clothes before she stopped me. "I do not, want to ever wear those clothes again." She said shivering. She got up and walked over to across the hall and opened her and Chloe's door, walking in.

She came back a couple minutes later wearing her uniform again. "Much better." She said lacing her shoes again before walking over to the man Lavi and I had 'dealt' with earlier. She pulled her foot up and stuck the heel of her boots into his face, right into one of his eyes, making him scream. What was strange though. Lux didn't even flinch. She dug it in even deeper, making him scream louder and louder. A maniac smile stretched across her face as I flinched. Why was she being like this. I walked over to her and put my arms under her arm puts dragging her away from the man. He clutched his now empty eye socket as blood dripped to the floor from Lux's boots. She kept smiling at the man, me looking at her with wide eyes. "Lux. Lux! Snap out of it!" I said snapping my fingers in her face. She looked at me, a bored look on her face. "What." She said as if nothing had happened. "What?! What?! No. I have a question for you! What the heck was that just there?!" I yelled, her face not moving. Chloe had come back from there room in her uniform, looking from the side lines with Lavi. "Do you really want to know." She said looking me in the eye. "Yes!" I yelled as Lux opened her mouth, ready to tell.

Luxis' Pov

"It all started a while back. Maybe three or four months after the incident with my family." I said as Lavi flinched. "I was an orphan now. With no way to earn money. I couldn't live a normal life. Not with the last I had. I began pick pocketing. It was an okay, life for me, I mean I lived. Then she came. Her name was Nikai. She was an assassin. She took me in. Trained me. I became an assassin to live. Not because I wanted to, but because I was forced to. I began killing, earning quite a bit of money for this. I was finally living a life. Then one day. I was ordered to kill someone I knew. A childhood friend. I walked right into her house with a knife and plunged it into her heart. You want to know her last words? 'I curse you.' She cut my right eye with a butter knife and that's how I ended up with a cursed eye. I lost interest in assassination after that. Living on the streets once again. That was when I was 14. A year later and here I am." I finished, everyone looking at me with wide eyes. Allen look betrayed. Lavi with guilt. And Chloe? With understanding. Allen turned to me, looking me in the eye. "You're no part of the Black Order any more. Got it?" He spit at me, tearing my crest off of my chest. I nodded my head before walking out of the room and grabbing my stuff, jumping out the window. I guess I was in the streets once again, huh Nikai?
