Chapter 18:The Hardest Decisions

Luxis' Pov

I ran through the woods, ducking and weaving through the branches, avoiding open spaces. He was gaining on me. I could feel his horrible presence. My head stung as drops of blood flowed from wounds I had no knowledge of. My innocence was deactivated as my head stung. I was tackled to the ground, my head hitting the ground. Black spots danced around my vision as I jumped up to face my attacker. Tyki Mykk. The Noah of Pleasure. "You can't run away. Sooner or later, your own Noah will appear." He said only throwing me into another fit of hysteria, remembering my friends. I would never see Allen's kind smile again. I would never slack off with Komui in the Science Division again. I would never eat Jerry's delicious food again. I would never see my Brother again. I would never be able to fight with my dearest friends(and Allen<3)again. I threw my hands up, signaling defeat. "I give up. I'll surrender to my Noah. Just please. Please. Leave them in peace." I said softly. Tyki knew who I was talking about. My friends. A dark feeling overcame me, as my skin turned dark and my head began bleeding again. A burst of pain spread through my body, a sharp ache that turned to a burning fire. "Welcome. I am Tyki Mykk. The Noah of Pleasure. Nice to meet you. Might I ask your name." Tyki said placing a hand over his heart and bowing. "I am Minx Ender. Noah of Agony." My new voice said, though my body still burned and filled every crevice of my body with an indescribable pain. "Hm. The first Noah to not have their original name. Quite interesting." Tyki said smirking.

Tyki grabbed my hand and pulled me up, before sinking into the ground pulling my screaming form with him. Before long we arrived at the tower in Edo. The Millennium Earl sat in a chair at the head of a table where the other Noah's were seated. "Introduce yourself." Tyki whispered in my ear. I stepped forward, my knees almost buckling under the pain. "I am Minx Ender. Noah of Agony. Former exorcist of the Black Order." I gasped finishing it off with a weak bow. "Hehehe~ Welcome Minx. It's a pleasure to have you here." The Millennium Earl said while Road jumped out of her seat and hugged me. "Welcome, Sister! Just so you know, I'll let you have Allen. I know you two had a thing!" She said as a tear slid down my cheek. "No need for that. He's gone. Thanks to Mister psychopath over here." I said wiping the tear off my face. "Tyki! I told you not to!" Road said with a frown. "Orders." He said shrugging. A sad smile formed on my face as we all sat down in our respective places.

A small egg was placed in front of me along with a tiny silver spoon. I picked up the tiny thing and spooned half of the egg in my mouth. I chewed slowly, it not helping any of the pain as I ignored the other conversations going on at the moment. Tyki was to my right while Road was on my left. A sharp pain went through my head as I clutched it. I couldn't think straight anymore. The already unbearable pain reached new limits as Road, Tyki, and Jasdebi all smirked at me. I had no idea what was happening. I felt helpless. In minutes, that seemed like hours, it was over. I can't describe what it felt like. The people in front of me, didn't seem evil. They seemed......good. Like I could trust them. I remembered awful things of my past. Of the terrible black order. They held me against my will, torturing me to get answers about the Noah. Then I remembered him. Allen Walker. My enemy. The way he hated me the most out of everyone at the Black Order. Then their was Lenalee, Lavi, Krory, Kanda, and most of all Chloe. All of them hated me. And I hated them.

I looked over to Road, and hugged her, sobbing into her shoulder as she rubbed my back soothingly. "Why would they do that?!" I choked out. "They hate the Noah. They'll do anything to hurt us. Even taking you, our precious sister, away from us." She said as I wiped the tears off my face and sat up straight, looking at my family. "I'll kill them all. Every last exorcist. I'll watch them look at me and have fear in their eyes as I take their life." I growled. "So tell me Minx. What are your powers?" Debitto asked excitedly. "I believe I can control anyone's blood, and make it as excruciating as possible while I let it pour from from their eye sockets and ears soaking their oh so perfect skin in crimson!" I said practically drooling over the possibilities. Everyone looked at me with wide eyes as I blinked. "Sorry. I guess I got a bit excited." I said rubbing the back of my neck. "Oh! And I have superhuman agility as well." I said putting a finger on my chin and looking up. "Try controlling me!" Road yelled from beside me. "No! I Couldn't do that!" I said waving my hands back and forth. Road glared at me as I sweat dropped. "Fine" I said. I put my hands up, waving my hands in intricate ways, Road following the vague patterns, laughing all the way. "This is fun!" She yelled as I stood up, twirling around with her. "Let's dance!" I laughed making Road leap and spin through the air. I stopped a little bit after, standing behind Tyki's chair and folding my arms on the top, leaning forward. I giggled before I jumped in the air and landed on the chandelier above us, hanging by my knees. "You weren't kidding!" Jasdebi said smiling. I fell from the ceiling and landed in my chair smiling. I finished my egg and stood up. "I'm going to bed. Tyki? Could you show me to my room?" I asked politely. He stood up and took my arm, heading me to an empty corridor. A door stood at the end, which I assumed was my room. "Thanks!" I said smiling as I opened the door and walked in.
