Chapter 21: Fighting The One's We Love

Allen's Pov

We set up a little camp, a little ways out if Edo. Lenalee was laying down as we all sat solemnly. Everything was going in slow motion. Lenalee tried standing up as I rushed over to her. "You shouldn't be up." I said as she glared at me. "But Lux. I need to get her." She said as Chloe walked over and pushed her down. "Lux is gone. And there's nothing we can do about that." She said quietly. We both stepped back, sitting down again.

A scream filled the air as I looked at Lenalee, my eyes wide. A black and purple vortex swirled around her as she reached towards me. I grabbed her hand and tried to pull her out, but to no avail. We all got sucked in. Krory, Lavi, Kanda, Chloe, and I. We arrived in a white town, similar to the, wait no exactly, like the one I was in before. In front of us stood Tykki and Lux. We all stiffened, seeing Lux. I outstretched my arm towards her, before Chloe brought it down slowly. She shook her head at me before Tykki spoke. "You guys have, hm, I don't know about 3 or 4 hours give or take to escape this place or-" Tykki was cut off by Lux who stared at us a large grin adorning her face. "You'll all die." She said excitedly. "Which that will most likely happen anyway. We have no intentions of letting you live." She said with a bored look, looking to her nails and starting to file them. "No need to be so blunt about it." Lavi said glaring. "Oh, but there is a reason! I get to kill one of you and that makes me very excited!" Lu-no Minx said jumping up and down. She lifted her hands as Tyki stepped in front of her, pushing them down. He shook his head as she frowned, obviously disappointed. "Later." He said glaring as Minx pouted. It was depressing to think of how much joy the thought of killing one of us brought her so I just pushed the thought out of my head.But there is certain question wondering my mind....who will she choose?

Chloe's pov

I can't believe her! She betrayed us, and our trust! Even though she did all those horrible things the worst wanting to hurt us, how come I still can't help, but look at her and see my best friend. "Tykki! Why must I wait!" I heard Minx shout. "It's not that you must, it's that you should." Tykki said in his annoying voice. "So you mean I can now!" Minx said hopefulness filling her eyes. "If you must, I see no reason to wait any- wait now I remember why the Earl didn't want us to kill yet, she still hasn't told us her decision." Tykki said to Minx. "So Chloe have you made up your mind yet.... Do you want to join us." Minx said with a smirk, her hand outstretched towards me."I would never betray my friends...unlike you. I know you only let your Noah take control to protect us, but loosing you is just hurting us even more! I would never put my friend through that pain!" I shouted on the brink of tear. "Well then I see no reason to wait to kill you any more." Minx said in creepy voice, a smirk spread upon her face. Minx lunged at me her hands held in front of her. I quickly activated my innocence two guns appearing in my hands. She used her power to make my muscles stiff and my limbs harder to move. "With your power you could kill me now, why wait!" I shouted. "Well, what fun would that be?" She said with an evil grin.With a flick of her wrist my bones began to tighten till they felt like they were clashing together getting tighter and tighter. "Chloe!"Lavi screamed as he heard me cry in pain. "Little Hammer, big hammer, grow, grow-" Lavi started to chant but was cut of. "It won't work, if you swing at me I will just hurt her more." Minx said motioning towards me. I was now on my knees trying to withstand the agonizing pain. "Stand up and fight me!" Minx yelled as I glared up at her. "It's just you and me now." I said grinding my teeth. "Perfect."
