What do I do?
What do I say?

"H-Hello" I finally manage to croak out.

"Your Korean is adorable, you're doing great" RM reassures me with a smile, his dimples making a quick but well deserved appearance.

"Thank you.." I say. "Sorry I'm so nervous meeting my idol like this, and you remember my name?!" I continue in disbelief

Then I remember. "Oh god I can't believe I spilt your coffee on you! I'm so sorry, really I didn't mean to!"

RM laughed at my verbal mess as I carried on apologizing.

"It's alright, I promise, don't worry" He reassured once again. "Have you been in Korea for long?" he asked.

I'm having a fucking conversation in a public place with the leader. Of. BTS. And I haven't passed out yet.
Sweet.

"No I haven't, only been about 5 days" I finally answer.

"Ah wow, in the 5 days of you being here, we've met 3 times already" He pointed out. "And of course I remember your name" He added with yet another chuckle.

The conversation continued for a bit until he had to leave, but before exiting the shop RM left me a note on the table..

"Here's my Kakaotalk: *******, text me!
I Trust You."

What..
WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK.
WHAT JUST HAPPENED.

I packed up my things and headed home, unable to get that moment out of my mind. Once I got home I decided to visit the dance studio to get my mind off of things. I pack my dance bag with what I need and head out.

The class was good, working up a sweat really distracted me. I met this girl there, JaeHwa, who was a fellow BTS fan and a Jin fanatic. We had many things in common, one being our love for the 7 idols, but as well our love for dance and drawing. Turns out, she was going to the concert tomorrow as well.

Yes! My first friend.

After getting her social media information, I remembered RM's note.

Should I text him?

I decided to send him a quick text.

"Helloo, this is y/n from the coffee shop"

I sent it short and simple, put my phone away and went back home.

As I arrive home, I'm hit with exhaustion from the day and I'm starving, it's already 16:20 and I haven't eaten since morning. While I'm preparing some rice and chicken, I hear my phone ding from my bag.

"Helloo, this is y/n from the coffee shop"

"Hi^^ Glad you texted me,
I forgot to ask you, what's
the year you were born in?"

Oh right, the whole honorifics thing.

"Helloo, this is y/n from the coffee shop"

"Hi^^ Glad you texted me,
I forgot to ask you, what year
where you born in?"

"1995, you're older than me actually"

"Oh! you can call me
oppa then~"

I cringed at that thought. Don't get me wrong, I understand that this is something regular in Korean culture, but holy shit was it a cringeworthy thing when foreigners do it.
