Chapter 3

They exit the plane and Shirou looks around. It's night time and the sky shines with the light of the stars "Well this is Transylvania. Doesn't look like much does it?" Luvia says "Yeah I guess." Shirou replies and sets foot on the ground. Almost immediately Shirou felt a huge magical presence and he stops in his tracks, Luvia stops once she realizes Shirou isn't at her heel "Sherou?" "Don't you sense that?" Shirou asks, Luvia looks around and her eyes widen "Now that you mention it yes I do. But here in Trifas... " Luvia trails off in her words and Shirou begins running. He uses his training he recieved at the Clock Tower to channel his Magic Circuits in his legs and shoots off towards the energy "Sherou!" Luvia quickly follows behind. Shirou dashes across the open land "I'm getting closer. Could it be Tohsaka? No I'd know if it was her so it's gotta be the people that took her. This isn't a coincidence." Shirou thinks to himself as he glides through the upcoming mountains "Sherou! Slow down!" Luvia tries to catch up to Shirou but with every second Shirou gets faster and faster. Shirou begins to see a weird green lightning from the other side "That must be where the magic is coming from." He says and instictly jumps in the air, Luvia quickly follows suit. Shirou hovers in the air a little before falling back down but luckily he caught a glimpse of the light he saw. He saw a warrior fully armored with a long sword along with what looked like a bride with a horn and a mace, behind them a young boy in a sort of formal attire laid on the ground dead with someone who appeared to be a girl with a white cape and pink hair "No way are those Servants?" Shirou says and hits the ground landing, immediately kneeling. Luvia lands behind him "Were those Servants?" She asked "It looked like it. My guess would be a Saber and most likely a Berserker. The one with the white cape could be a Lancer but could also be a Rider. Come on." Shirou says and gestures Luvia to follow. They come up to the edge of the cliff and are immediately blinded by the green lightning taking the shape of a tree "No way!" Luvia says unable to believe what's going on "It's a Noble Phantasm." Shirou says as he watches the Berserker strangles the Saber with her dismembered arm while activating her Noble Phantasm "My guess. Whatever this Noble Phantasm is, it's mostly likely going to kill the Servant using it along with who she's using it against." Shirou analyzes "But that's insane." Luvia says shielding her eyes from the building light "Servants do whatever it takes to kill one another. It's how it's always been according to Tohsaka." Shirou says and starts to think to himself "But why, are there Servants here? It hasn't been 10 years....unless... Somethings definitely up." Shirou watches the Noble Phantasm activate and the tree of green lightning explodes almost as a nuclear bomb went off. Wind hits Shirou and Luvia at full speed making them take a couple steps back. Once the light went away Shirou scans the area "Come on we're going down there." He says and jumps down. Shirou and Luvia approach the crater the Noble Phantasm had left behind, in the center was the Saber whose armor was nearly destroyed "Good thing this armor is magic resistant I would've been a goner." She says and Shirou feels a familiar presence. He looks at the Saber and realizes her similarities to his former Servant who he later found out was the one and only King Arthur. The Saber looks up to see Shirou "What do we have here? Another Master?" She says and climbs out of the crater. Her armor begins to fix itself as she climbs out of the crater, she stands in front of Shirou and Luvia staring at them trying to make out if they're Servant and Master "You're a Saber?" Luvia says "That's right. I'm Mordred, the Saber of Red, the King of Knights." And then it immediately hit Shirou "Are you by chance related to King Arthur?" Shirou asks ans the Saber quickly raises her sword "Never say her name in front of me." "What's the big deal I was only asking because your father or I guess  mother was my Servant at one point." Shirou throws his hands up trying to defuse the tension "So you are a Master." Saber of Red stares at Shirou with almost what felt like hatred "Hey Saber of Red!" A man's voice boomed from behind the Saber of Red. She turns to see a man with long silver hair almost fully armored, a glowing green wound was in the center of his chest. Shirou couldn't believe his eyes "Another Saber?" He says "The homunculus? How did he turn into Saber of Black?" Mordred readied her sword and her helmet instantly covered her face "Doesn't matter. If you're looking for a fight faker? You got one." "So you notice I am a fake but I can assure you this power and this sword are all to real!" The other Saber said and lunges forward. Their swords clash and immediately engage in battle,  Luvia is amazed at what she sees but Shirou is confused "Two Sabers? That's impossible, Rin always told me only one class could be summoned per war then again this doesn't seem like a regular Grail War if that's what this is." Shirou says "Hey you two!" Shirou and Luvia turn to see the other Servant running towards them. The Servant stops in front of them and smiles "How's it going? Name's Astlofo, one of the 12 heroes of Charlemagne, but you can call me Rider." She says "Uh hi. I'm Shirou Emiya and this is Luvia." Shirou introduces him and his fellow mage "So from what I overheard from that Saber you're a Master. But I haven't seen you before so you can't be a Master of Black and you didn't even know who the Saber was, so you can't be a Master of Red." Rider analyzes "Master of Red?" "Master of Black?" Luvia follows up "Huh that's odd. You're a Master but don't know what's going on." Rider says scratching her chin "I'm not a Master anymore. I'm here looking for someone." Shirou says. Before Rider could respond, columns of red and blue light shot into the sky, Shirou turns his attention to the two Sabers facing of their swords ready, with the lights shooting up from their swords "They're about to use their Noble Phantasms!" Luvia says "Fall, Saber of Black!" Mordred asks "Come,  Saber of Red." Saber of Black responds and the two Sabers raise their swords in the air "Clarent Blood Arthur!" "Balmung!" The two Sabers bring down their swords and the light collides sending up a column of combined red and blue light. As the light hits the sky Shirou feels the impact of the blast and his vision goes black.
