Pierre unfortunately, can't stay too long and after spending two days at my place has to go to the next race. We haven't left each other's side and I'm sorry for Pierre's trainer who now has to scold Pierre for being my tester for all the dishes I'm trying out.

You: Sounds like a great plan!

You: I'm working on my restaurant. Or well, future one that is, so not the next one.

You: I could, couldn't I?😉

Pierre: Do you want to come 'round so you can check out some places anytime soon?

You: Sounds good as well.

I smile at my phone. It's sure I am in love with this guy. I just hope he feels the same as I feel. And it isn't just a sort of rebound for him. He is not the guy to do that, but still. My phone buzzes and I smile as I expect it to be Pierre, but it isn't.

Unknown number: Can you please stop texting Pierre? The team is complaining about being on his phone too much and they don't do that very often. He keeps checking if he has texts and when he does, he forgets everything around him. He was in the freaking simulator and heard his phone beep so stopped the lap to check his phone.

I start to laugh. Well, that was unexpected. Apparently, Pierre really does miss me.
