Chapter Two: My name's Ally. Ally...Monsoon-

"So what is next on your list for this genius plan of yours?" Melissa asked, sounding very excited and cheery compared to her earlier demeanor.

I thought about it for a moment, my walking pace faulting a little as I searched for the list within my mind. "Diaries! Don't want to be mixing everything up, that'd be a great way to start off."

"Yeah," Liss agreed with a jingle of humour laced within her tone, "that'd be funny; you explaining exactly what you were doing to three very confused guys. Awkward, much?"

"Aah," I breathed, nudging Liss's arm teasingly as we continued down the shopping centre, glancing around every so often in search for a store, or perhaps another group of lads, to catch our eye. "That's where my genius really shines through. They'll never know that it was actually me!"

"Alright then," she smiled quickly, the freckles that covered her nose and cheeks seemingly more noticeable within the artificial lights of the mall. It made her look a lot younger than her sixteen years of existence. "Come on, lets get your diaries before your head grows any bigger and explodes."

Skipping ahead of me, Melissa went of in search for a stationary shop, preferably something with a huge banner hung in the window that said: SALE! 90% off everything in store! I couldn't afford to spend anymore money today, well, not unless I wanted my mother to put me up for adoption.

We were in and out of the shop within a flash. I found my three diaries, each a different colour- matching the wigs so I knew which was which. I was practically set, all I needed now was a full length mirror so I could start practicing my personalities. Oh, and find my targets who would aid me in my research. How could I forget those?

Melissa began to complain once again, only this time it was about her feet. Apparently I had dragged her around too many shops and now she wanted to sit down before her ankles gave way and she collapsed. Remembering that we had passed a coffee shop not long ago we doubled back.

Scurrying aimlessly in front, Melissa's bags were now only just skimming the tiles of the mall, as if she was carrying around a kitchen sink in each carrier. I inwardly rolled my eyes at her, such a drama queen.

"Oh, God, that feels good!" She let out as she slumped into the leather seat in front of a circular wooden coffee table, just outside of the cafe. Not too far out that we were in the way of the rest of the shoppers, but enough that we could watch them pass us by, even if they were too consumed within their own lives to even notice us.

Perching on the edge of the seat opposite Liss I let both bags dropped to the floor, using my foot to slide them under the table so that they weren't in the way and sent one of the waitresses flying and eating dirt. Been there, done that.

"Two hot chocolates, please!" I heard Melissa shouting over to the counter, which wasn't surprising. The girl couldn't find the energy to reach for the remote when watching the telly never mind walking to a cafe counter to order. I then heard a soft sigh escape her lips, it wasn't loud enough to gain my attention but for some reason my gaze was torn away from the passing crowd back to Liss.

She was staring over my shoulder with that dreamy look in her eye that she got when she was looking at something that she desperately wanted, but knew all too well that she'd never get it, not even in her wildest dreams.

"What are you looking at?" I asked suspiciously, my eyes narrowing slightly as her eyes began to glaze over slightly.

"Adam Keene," yet another sigh. "It's just not fair. He's gorgeous! Just look at him, Shay."
