The sun really didn't want to get up.
When Hoseok woke up to check the time on his phone, he was surprised to see that he had slept for the latest fourteen hours. It was a miracle that he had slept so well for once.
Slowly, he got up from the floor, where he had ended up sleeping after falling to his side somewhere during this surprisingly peaceful night.
As he looked out of the window, he felt like not even an hour had passed by since the last time he saw the weather. The sky was still as dark as the circles under his eyes, and the sun was nowhere to be seen.
It wasn't raining, not much at least, but Hoseok could still see the small raindrops decorating the window screen.
Somehow his mind instantly started to wander back to the six boys he had met yesterday. No, there was no way spending time with them was the reason why he had slept so well...
He just ate well, that's it.
But, that was because Hoseok met the boys...
A sudden, dizzy feeling hit Hoseok in the face just like the raindrops had hit every part of his body yesterday. He lifted up his hand all the way to his forehead, and gosh, was it hotter than the hottest summer day.
At first Hoseok was allright with it, he would just rest for today. It really was no wonder that he got sick after running in the cold rain for a good while.
Hoseok spent good fourty minutes going through some pages of his history book, just to cure the boredom he had fallen into. But his interest in the book disappeared into the thin air, as soon as he heard his phone vibrating.
He looked at the screen, that was broken in some places. His eyes widened, as he read the notification that had popped on it.
' 5:43 AM: Remember to get your tests back ^♡^ and see if you actually have a chance to go to Wings Academy '
For once it was a good thing that he had set those notifications for himself, he had completely forgotten about the fact that he would get most of his tests back today. Nevermind the day off, Hoseok definitely had to see how he had done on the tests.
Wings Academy, the only high class school nearby that accepted their students only by their skills, and actually made sure their students had money to survive while studying in there.
It's one of the hardest schools to get into, but for Hoseok, it's his only goal to get there after he graduates from T.A.N. High.
If he manages to score over ninety points out of hundred in all of his exams and tests, he would have the chance to get into Wings Academy. And that's what he's aiming for.
In there, he would finally attend to dance classes, without having to pay to do so. Maybe then he could actually figure out what he wanted to do for the rest of his life, that had always been almost meaningless to him and to the few ones around him.
"I hate to waste pain killers, but no can do.. Just for today" Hoseok mumbled to himself, getting up to search for the small box of pain killers he remembered having somewhere in the very small kitchen.
After taking the pill, Hoseok went back to sit on the floor, just to start packing his stuff. He wasn't going to leave anytime soon, but he was too stressed out about his test numbers to get anything actually reasonable done. One bad score in a test would break Hoseok's dreams along his heart.
For the next couple hours Hoseok swayed between falling asleep and staying conscious. The medicine was helping a bit and now that Hoseok checked his forehead again, it wasn't burning up anymore.
He had been listening to music for a good while now, just so he wouldn't fall asleep. As the time had passed by, he would soon have to leave for school.
He sure had thought of skipping some of the first classes, but just the thought of the tests being returned first thing in the morning made Hoseok want to get up and go to school after all. It really sucked how he had no idea when the teachers were going to give the tests back.
Ruffling his curly, black locks, he went to the bathroom to brush his teeth before changing his clothes. Well, it wasn't a big change on how he looked like, since he only took off his shirt and slipped on a dark blue hoodie, now having a green shirt underneath it to keep him warm.
Maybe a bit too soon, Hoseok had to leave. He wasn't feeling too well, and for sure he wasn't mentally prepared to deal with anyone talking about him. Why was he well known again?
Slightly holding his head, Hoseok got out of his apartment, and began walking. Since his 'walking' today was more like dragging his feet to move along his upper body, it had taken a bit longer for Hoseok to get to T.A.N. High.
Now that Hoseok thought of it, it must seem really funny how a 'carefree and bratty' student like him still stresses over his exams. Well, no-one else knew this side of him anyways, and that's the way it should remain to be.
No matter how ridiculous it might seem like to others, getting to Wings Academy was still the main goal in Hoseok's life.
