Archie just got back in town from a trip to see his mom and he is going to go surprise Veronica at Pops. He knows Veronica is going to be at Pops since Betty told him.
All Veronica knows is Archie is coming home tomorrow and she can't wait because he has been gone for 7 days.
So as Archie parks at Pops and walks to the door he sees Veronica and Reggie sitting and talking by themselves. He wants to go in and beat the crap out of Reggie but he doesn't have the heart to see Veronica right now so he walks back to his car and drives home.
Meanwhile Veronica is talking to Reggie in a booth.
She feels a little weird sitting with Reggie alone but she is so lonely without Archie.
R- Are you excited to see Andrews.
She starts to smile just thinking about him.
V- Yah I have missed him so much.
R- God you guys love each other so much it's gross.
Veronica makes a fake hurt face.
V- Well don't you want that with Josie.
R- Of course.
V- Hypocrite.
They both smile.
V- So what are you going to do with Josie tonight.
R- Probably just sex and movies.
V- Really, do you want her to dump you.
R- No
V- Then take her to dinner and then do whatever you want.
R- Ok
V- Good now I have to go see Betty she has been acting weird.
She says as she starts to stand up.
V- Oh and sorry for talking about Archie the whole time.
R- No worries, he talks about you all the time too so I am used to it.
Veronica smiles.
V- Bye
R- Bye
Veronica walks out and to her car and then off to Betty's. She parks outside Betty's house and knocks. Betty opens the door a little shocked.
B- What are you doing here
V- I am here to talk to you since you have been avoiding me and why are you shocked to see me.
B- Well I thought you would be with Archie.
V- He is still out of town.
B- No he came in early to surprise he said he was going to stop by Pops and surprise you.
V- Shit.
B- What
V- He probably saw me sitting with Reggie.
B- Why were you sitting with Reggie.
V- I was giving him advice on Josie.
They both hear the Andrews front door open and turn to see what's happening. Archie runs out in shorts and workout shoes with ear buds. Veronica is happy to see him with no shirt on because of his amazing body.
V- Well here I go wish me luck.
B- Good luck
Veronica walks over to the stretching Archie and Betty goes inside. Once Veronica gets to Archie she wraps her arms around him and he turns around.
She still has her arms wrapped around him.
V- Hi baby I missed you.
He still doesn't say anything so she decides to test the waters and go in for the kiss. Archie dodges it and unwraps her arms from around him pissed.
A- So I see your done fucking Reggie.
Veronica's eyes go wide. She takes a step closer to him and tries to hold his hand but he pulls it away.
V- Really Archie do you think I would cheat on you, I love you so much do you not love me enough to trust me.
A- I need to go before I say something I am going to regret.
He says starting to walk away but she grabs his hands and then hugs him really tightly. After she looks at his face to still see him brooding.
V- I can't believe you would think that I would cheat on you.
