Veronica goes on a Girls trip with Betty and while she is gone she leaves Archie in charge of doing what she would do if she was there.
Veronica is just about to leave for the airport with Betty but before she goes she wants to make sure Archie knows what he needs to do. So she turns around in her room and looks at a naked sleeping Archie in her bed. She walks over and kisses his cheek and then he opens his eyes.
A- Hello beautiful
V- Good Morning handsome I just wanted to make sure you know what you are doing while I am gone.
A- Don't worry Ronnie just have a good time.
V- Ok bye, love you.
A- Love you too.
They then kiss and she leaves.
Archie gets up later in the day and looks at the list Veronica has for him today. First on the list was to practice with pussycats but that might be weird since his ex is there but he goes anyways.
Once he is practicing with the pussycats they have him get fitted for a uniform since they have a concert later in the week and thought it would be funny for him to wear a cat costume.
Next on the list is for Archie to watch over the speakeasy. He heads over and it's doing good but he is a little mad at Veronica for keeping Reggie on he staff. So when she texts and asks how the speakeasy is doing he responds with fine.
After that he looks at the next thing on his list and that is to go out to dinner with Hiram. At first he thought it was a joke but then he texted Veronica and she told him Hiram was waiting for him and everyone said he was doing a great job. She also said that she was sorry for not telling him that Reggie still was working for her.
After that he walked over to the Lodge's home. He walked in wearing a suit and Hiram was waiting there for him.
A- Sorry about being late Mr. Lodge.
H- It's ok Archie I am glad you dressed well because we are going to an event.
A- What event?
Archie asked as he walked with Hiram to the car. Hiram answered once they both were in the car.
H- We are going to a Lodge Industry's event. I thought it would be appropriate since in the future you and my daughter are going to be attending these type of events together.
A- How do you know we will stay together.
H- Well first of all the way you look at each other, second of all when she was dating Reggie she was always sad, and three you will be to scared to break my daughters heart again.
A- Mr. Lodge I hope you know I am not afraid of you anymore and the only reason I broke her heart was to keep her safe.
H- Well I know your not scared of me because I was talking about Veronica.
A- Yah she is quite fierce. You did a great job making her who she is.
H- I knew I always liked you.
After that they were at the event. All the investors already seemed to like Archie and started hinting to Hiram that he was the perfect man for Veronica. Hiram seemed to agree even though awhile back he hated Archie so much he put him in Jail.
After the event Archie FaceTimed Veronica.
A- Hi baby
V- Hi love how was dinner.
A- It was awesome your dad took me to an event.
V- He did what?
A- Are you mad.
V- No just shocked. He doesn't even take me to those events.
A- He said I needed to go if I wanted to be a part of your life in the future.
Veronica smiles thinking about the future.
V- Ok baby I have to go
A- Bye, I love you
V- Love you too
The next day Archie looked at the list and the first thing to do was to go hang with Kevin. So Archie hopped into his car and drove over to Kevin's.
A- Hey Kev
K-Hey Archie
A- So what do you want to do?
K-Let's go get our nails done.
Once they boys are there Kevin starts spilling the tea on everyone. First he talks about how Cheryl and Toni are on the rocks right now but Cheryl has a big surprise for her. Then Betty and Jughead are doing really well and Jug is thinking about asking her to move in with him.
