The last day of classes for the semester was officially over. Jonathan kept thinking about that as he made his way back to the dormitory building. It was finally June and there was one month until the trip. The idea of the last part made him sweat nervously - or maybe it was just the weather that made him sweat.
Nonetheless, he was excited and happy. Evan clearly was, too, because when Jonathan opened the door to their dorm, he was dancing in the kitchen with music playing from his Bluetooth speaker. The song that had just started was "Death Of A Bachelor" by Panic! At The Disco.
"Do I look lonely?" Evan sang, slowly making his way towards the non-moving American. "I see the shadows on my face. People have told me, I don't look the same. Maybe I lost weight... I'm playing hooky, with the best of the best, put my heart on my chest, so that you can see it, too. I'm walking the long road, watching the sky fall..." He forced Jonathan's arms open and dramatically fell into them, putting the back of his hand on his forehead. "THE DEATH OF A BACHELOR!"
The American laughed and finally closed the door behind him, still holding his swooning boyfriend. Evan stood upright and the two quickly changed pace, beginning to slow dance to the andante song, right there in the kitchen.
Evan placed his cheek on Jonathan's chest and closed his eyes. "I love you."
Jonathan smiled and kissed the top of the Asian's head. "I love you, too - with every part of my soul."
