Audra's P.O.V.
A week has passed and we were all currently getting thrown into one car that we would be stuck in for three hours. No one really got up until ten in the morning and by then I started to make breakfast before we were finally leaving around twelve.
Mr. Palmer was driving while Grayson was throwing a fit like a little child because he really didn't want to go. Mr. Palmer left his second in charge to run the place for today while he was all excited to go to a college with Grayson. Anthony and I were stuck in the back, but I was also starting to get sleepy and figured I would just fall asleep on the way there.
"Audra," someone whispered while I felt myself being shaken awake. I lifted my hand to swat at whatever was trying to wake me up.
"Ow," the voice said. My eyes shot open and I looked up to see that I was laying on Anthony's lap and that he was currently rubbing his forehead.
"Sorry Anthony, are you ok?" I questioned while getting off of him and unbuckling my seat belt. I stepped out of the car before stretching my arms and legs and letting out a big yawn.
"It's about time you woke up sleepy head," dad said while Grayson came up to me and and ruffled my hair. I glared at him while throwing my hair up into a pony tail since it was pointless to try and calm down all the frizziness in my hair.
"Really?" I questioned once my hair was up.
"Really," he said while stepping on the other side of dad.
"Calm down you two, you can both kill each other once we get home," dad said while making sure that I wasn't near Grayson.
"Come on, they have a second orientation at two in the main building and it's already one thirty," Anthony said while walking towards the college.
"How long were we in the car?" I questioned while looking at my phone to see that it really was almost one thirty in the afternoon.
"There was a lot of traffic on the way here because we hit rush hour traffic," dad said while following Anthony and Grayson towards the college.
Wow, if Grayson goes here then I won't really be able to see him a lot. My mood went down a little as I realized how much I would actually miss Grayson in my life. For the last two years he's been the protective older brother that would not let me do a lot on my own and if he actually goes away it will just be me and dad.
The college had all different kinds of tables set up for sports, clubs, electives, and majors. They had different snacks and drinks there and it was pretty fun taking tours of the college and getting to learn about where Anthony goes and where Grayson might go.
I yawned as we were walking towards Anthony room after hours and hours of looking around the giant school. The whole thing was three hours long and I was surprised how it was already five in the evening.
"We will have to start heading back soon," dad said while growing tired and stretching his back out.
"Don't worry, this won't be long," Anthony said while getting out a key and pushing his door open. We walked in the room to see three beds and a little hallway leading to what looked like was the bathroom.
"Nice place," Grayson said while looking around.
"Me and my roommate are looking for someone else here since the other guy is graduating this spring," Anthony said. That's why Anthony wanted to show him the room, to introduce him to his roommate and see if they click so that it would be easier for Grayson to move here.
"Is it finally over?" we all heard a male voice ask from somewhere else in the room. His eyes widened when he saw everyone in his room and then he quickly ran over to throw some pants on.
