Audra's P.O.V.

I know that I was dreaming just by how I was outside in my green jacket and my boots, but the air almost didn't seem as heavy as I was used to. Me being outside was becoming quite normal for me in my dreams.

Other than my dreams always taking me to the forest, nothing else weird has really happened since I cut my finger on the glass at work. Winter flew by and spring was already almost over. Grayson and Anthony were both almost done college and it was a surprise that this semester had flew by so quickly for them. I picked up a lot of Grayson's shifts so that he could focus on his studies more, and I am happy to say that this semester he made it with all A's in his classes.

I walked around the forest instead of sitting down like I normally would. Wherever this forest is, it's really beautiful, especially at night. I twiddle my fingers around the crystal necklace that I received from the old lady that still comes in the café. I'm not sure how my daytime clothes are always on when I am in my dream, but I guess it's better than walking around in my pajamas.

I lean against a tree and listen to the howling wind with the full moon swinging high in the sky.

"Such a peaceful night," I say while staring into the stars.

"What are you?" a voice asks, one that I can not recall or have ever heard before. My body jumps and turns while trying to look for the source of the voice, but not able to fully tell due to the wind blowing and carrying the voice.

"I'm Audra, who's there?" I question, unsure if this person is friend or foe and wondering where they came from if I was always in my dream. Could I have maybe imagined this person up? It's got to be the logical reasoning behind my craziness because some days I really do think that I'm losing my mind.

"Audra," the voice said, as if testing out my name, "I have never heard a name like that before." The voice belonged to a female and seemed as if it was coming out of the trees. I turned and turned, not sure where the voice was exactly coming from.

"Who are you?" I questioned while my heart started to beat faster and faster. I was prepared to run if needed, but I really didn't want to if I didn't have to.

A girl that seemed familiar to me stepped out between the darkness created by the trees. Her stance terrified me and I could hear my own heart rate quicken even more. I started to think that this had to be a nightmare I was having, I was always by myself in these dreams, even though they felt so real.

"Are you the reason I am here?" she said to me, anger laced in her voice. I held my hands up next to my shoulders to try and show her that I meant no harm.

"I have no idea what you are talking about...." I left the sentence hanging, hoping to maybe get a name out of this person.

"I do not remember my name," the girl said, she looked to be around my age, but I could not tell considering I didn't know how old I was myself. I looked like I was in my twenties or late teen years, but I have no documents or papers on anything about me. My birth parents simply never told me or even showed me that they had paperwork on me.

"Do you want to sit down and talk?" I questioned while leaning back against a tree. The girl studied me carefully while taking cautious steps closer to me. She was dressed as if she was hiking, black combat boots, green camouflaged shirt with black leggings and a black jacket on.

"What do you mean you don't remember?" I questioned while staring up at the stars. It seemed like such a peaceful night, I wonder why tonight seemed so different compared to the other months that I have been here. I turned to look at the girl while she looked deep in thought.
