The sun was high in New York the following day, Stark had tried to talk to Avalon again but she refused to speak to him, Natasha simply smiles slightly and shakes her head when she's asked to interrogate her, Banner, however, had been very curious about the teenager in the cell. She hadn't tried to escape her confinement, instead, she was laying down on the floor in the center of the cell, eyes closed as if she were asleep. Her left side faced the cell door, left knee bent with her foot on the floor, leaving her right leg straight out and her hands interlocked over her stomach, but she wasn't asleep. The gears were turning in her head as she ran through different scenarios on what to do next and when to actually go through with it, the process being something that had worked with her ever since she even knew what she was doing.

Stark folded his arms over his chest as he watched Avalon through the monitor, a small sigh emitting from his nose, and he had a small plan forming in his head, but he wasn't entirely sure how it would follow through. If three adults weren't going to be able to crack a teenager, then why not send in another teenager? Sure Peter might not exactly know what to do when it comes to interrogations, but he might get something out of Avalon that could be useful to figure out why she broke into the Avengers tower. As soon as those thoughts ran through his mind, the elevator opened, Peter Parker and Happy Hogan stepping off and walking over to Stark, who just kept looking at the monitor.

"Um, Mr. Stark?" Peter asked "why am I here?"

"Have you seen her before?" Stark asked

Peter followed his gaze to the monitor, his face becoming a shade lighter when he saw Avalon laying on the floor in the middle of the cell, looking as if she had been sleeping, but he couldn't really tell. He did have to admit though, when she isn't holding a blade to his neck, she was beautiful.

"She's about your age" Stark continued, snapping Peter from his thoughts "I want you to go in there and see what you can get from her" turning around and handing him an earpiece "do not take this out, no matter what. Understand?" earning a nod from him

"Give her this too" Natasha added, walking in with a tray of food "she's gotta be hungry"

"Since when do we feed prisoners?" Stark asked

"She's a kid, Stark" she replied "she hasn't eaten since she's been here, she's gotta be hungry"

"Never thought you'd be the caring type" he mumbled

If only he knew

Peter let out a nervous sigh through his nose as he placed the earpiece in his ear, Natasha handing the tray over to him and walking him over to the door, leaving his backpack strapped to his back.

.

A ghost of a smirk formed on Avalon's lips, keeping her eyes closed and breathing evened. The door opened, hesitant footsteps making their way closer to her cell, but she didn't bother to move,

"Hey, uh . ."  Peter said ". . You awake?"

". . Let me guess" Avalon replied "quote unquote 'only teenagers can understand teenagers' . . Am I correct?" knowing she was in the first place

"Yeah, pretty much" Peter replied honestly, not really seeing a point in lying

Opening her eyes, Avalon let her head fall to the side, seeing Peter standing there with a tray of food in his hands and a backpack strapped to his back, causing her to stand up from her laying position,

"This is for you" Peter said, raising the tray slightly

There was a small opening on the bottom of the cell door, causing Peter to crouch down and set the tray on the floor, sliding it inside the cell, Avalon hesitantly walking over to it. The contents of the tray consisted of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich that was cut in half, a bottle of water lying down against the tray, an orange on the side and even a sharing size packet of regular M&Ms, a small smile forming on her lips, knowing who put the lunch together, and knowing Natasha wouldn't do anything to tamper with it. Avalon crossed her legs and sat down in front of the tray, looking up at Peter, who looked down at her in slight confusion, soon figuring out what she wanted.
