Avalon was glad that T'Challa had some of the workers in the palace wash her clothes, that way she didn't really have to worry about wearing dirty clothes, and they even managed to get the blood out of the outfit she was wearing when she first arrived, even from some of the shirts she had sacrificed in attempt to stop the bleeding from her wound. She let out a small sigh through her nose, still nursing her headache from the day before, but it wasn't as bad, which was a good thing on her part. But right now, she was looking for Bucky, mostly because she had something that belonged to him. Pausing in her tracks, her eyes briefly darkened, turning on her heel and making her way down to the lab, suddenly glad that her precognition was a little unpredictable.

"Papa" Avalon greeted as she entered the lab "where's Shuri?"

"She's on her way down, malyshka" Bucky replied, gently pulling her into a side hug

". . . I have something that belongs to you" she said softly

Reaching into her pocket, Avalon pulled out the dog tags that she had found, holding them out in her hand,

"I found them" Avalon said softly "after we got separated. I thought you'd want them back"

Bucky stared at the dog tags that lay in her hand, slowly reaching out and hesitantly taking them, feeling the cool metal in his flesh hand, a small sigh emitting from his nose. He never thought he would see them again, let alone from his daughter, not expecting her to find them after they got separated, the tags were old and worn, but you could still make out what they said, a small smile forming on his lips.

"Keep them" Bucky said, holding them back out to her "that way you know what we both went through"

This caused a small smile to form on her lips, gently taking the tags back and putting them in her pocket, getting ready for another few hours of Shuri applying the algorithm.

Avalon was really glad that there weren't any surprises when Shuri was applying the algorithm, and right now, the two of them were taking a walk into town, being that Avalon hadn't been able to see what lies in Wakanda, being a little preoccupied does that to someone. She couldn't help but look around in curiosity, people buzzing around, trying to sell items to make a living, most of the people having smiles on their faces, even though some of them looked at Avalon curiously, not really used to seeing outsiders.

"Are we going to be able to see all of this in one day?" Avalon asked, looking at Shuri

"I'm sure we will figure something out" Shuri said with a smile, her hands clasped in front of her

A smile formed on Avalon's lips as well, shaking her head slightly in amusement, she had her chain wrapped around her waist, primary weapon in hand, even though Shuri said they were not needed, Avalon wasn't going to take a chance, never knowing when she might need them. Looking around once more, Avalon let out a small sigh through her nose, occasionally stopping to look at some of the items the vendors were selling. Her eyes turning soft when she saw children playing, secretly wondering what it was like to have at least somewhat of a normal life, playing around and getting dirty with other children, getting busted by her parents or even getting grounded.

But no.

She had to be born in HYDRA, where they turned her into the weapon they wanted, bring trained by her father, getting separated, being frozen, getting away from Hydra and finding her father after a couple years. Life is just peachy, isn't it? But knowing she would never have that kind of life, even if she completed what she set out to do years ago, a life if fighting to stay alive and killing people was all she had known, and Avalon fears that it's all she will ever know. Avalon closed her eyes for a second, shaking her head slightly in attempt to get rid of those thoughts that plagued her mind, another small sigh emitting from her nose, Shuri giving her a concerned look.
