I spend all night panicking over what happened today with P'Arthit and the name tag fiasco. I want to talk to Sing to get his opinion on the matter but at the same time I don't. Maybe it's because I was supposed to lie low this week or maybe it's because I'm afraid of what I will find out, but in the end, I keep it to myself, resulting in a sleepless night tossing and turning.

Sleep didn't finally come until the wee hours of the morning and the few winks I got were not very restful at all. I'm so not looking forward to facing my P' after our confrontation yesterday when I feel so mentally unprepared. Not to mention that I don't have Sing's name tag anymore, which further depresses me as I feel as if I've let my brother down.

The next day has me looking like the walking dead as I shuffle my tired body to class in the morning. I'm pretty sure if I moaned right now I'd be looking at a double tap to the head to put my zombified ass down.

Once I'm seated in my first class of the day, I prop my head onto my fist and struggle to keep my eyes open. I can see the worried looks of my friends Mat and Jade as they take in my wrinkled clothes and disheveled hair, they know that I am almost anal about my appearance being clean and presentable. However, today I just didn't have the time or energy to go through the hassle.

Class is finally over and I can't help but be relieved as I have a small break before my next class starts so I head to the courtyard located next to my faculty's building. It's a large grassy area that has several faculties surrounding it and is a common place for students to study, eat lunch or just enjoy the sun.

As I'm finding a good spot in the shade, I swear I see my brother walking off in the far distance with someone in a red jacket but I'm blinded by the sun as I try to follow them with my eyes. Blinking, I try to shield my sight and locate them again but they have disappeared around the corner. No doubt my eyes were playing tricks on me because for a moment there, I could almost swear that was P'Arthit with him.

But that makes no sense.

P' specifically said that I, as Singto, couldn't be seen with him on campus. That's why we made plans for this Saturday. So why would they be seen together now unless....

Unless Sing had heard about what happened and was trying to fix my mistake!!

Grabbing my phone, I send a quick message to my twin to see if that was him and P'Arthit so that maybe I can explain and apologize.

Kong (10:08am): By any chance were you just in the courtyard? 🤔

Sing (10:09am): No little brother. I'm across campus right now.

Kong (10:09am): Weird. 🤨 Thought I saw you here w/ sum1.

Sing (10:10am): Were they at least 🔥?

Kong (10:11am): I thought it was P'Arthit so....yes? 😏😏

Sing (10:12am): 🤢 Plz don't. I just ate breakfast

Sing (10:12am): Also, what are U doing in the courtyard? Don't u have class?

Kong (10:14am): Not for another hour. Taking quick 💤

Sing (10:15am): Sleep well. Don't 4get to set an ⏰!!

Satisfied that I had been mistaken and still have a chance to repair things before Sing finds out, I lay down on the soft grass and use my backpack as a pillow. I plug my headphones into the jack of my phone and put them over my ears to drown out the noise of students chatting around me. Hitting the play button, I close my eyes and lose myself to the music. It doesn't take long before I'm sleeping, lost in dreams of pastimes with P'Arthit.
