Rogers P.O.V
I made my way down the corridor towards Mr Jaston's office, I glanced into each classroom as I passed, the students either doing an assessment or having a fun practical, I felt sick to my stomach as I stood outside of the door and knocked on it weakly.Mr Jaston opened the door and nodded at me before stepping aside and beckoning me in, Freddie was sitting in the seat I was the day before, his face as pale as mine. Another woman was seated next to him, a small Indian woman with glasses and ink black hair that reminded me of Kian.
Mr Jaston took a seat behind his desk and looked at his wristwatch "You're five minutes late" he said motioning to the empty seat next to Freddie and the mystery woman.
I sat down quickly and threw my bag on the floor, "Sorry" I mumbled "Sir wouldn't let me go on time" I brushed my hair out of my eyes and sat back folding my arms across my chest.
Mr Jaston stood up and passed a glass of water to Freddie, he gulped it down in about five seconds before setting the cup back down on the desk and continuing looking down at his lap.
"Poor Freddie and Mrs Bulsara here was worried sick about why they were called to another school" Mr Jaston growled, the door opened again and in came one of my teachers Mrs Goodwright.
She pulled up another seat and smiled sweetly at Mr Jaston before pulling out a binder and setting it down on the desk, "Sorry Peter" she said "The cover teacher didn't arrive in time" she looked over at Freddie, I saw her eyes turn to liquid as she stuck her hand out for him to shake.
"Janet Goodwright" She beamed as she shook his hand aggressively, she held out her hand for his mother to shake before turning to face me "And I already know you" she growled, jabbing me in the chest with her index finger, Mr Jaston stood up and turned to face us.
"Ma'am here reported some... interesting behaviour between you two" he said. "What kind of behaviour?" Freddie snapped, glaring at Mrs Goodwright angrily, His mother smacked him on the back of the hand before shaking her head and turning back to Mr Jaston
Mr Jaston looked taken aback by Freddies response before he contained himself and continued "May I remind you Mr Bulsara" he began "Even though you are not st your school you are still a minor and still underneath us adults" he raised his eyebrows at Freddie as he scoffed and flipped his hair out of his eyes.
"Ma'am said you were being very.. close to each other" he began, I kicked the bottom of the table angrily, Mr Jaston cleared his throat and shifted in his seat awkwardly.
I glared at Mrs Goodwright aggressively, that bitch! She always tried to spread positivity and love but now here she was reporting me and my crush to the headmaster for hugging.
"So I'm not allowed to hug my friends anymore?" I snarled, causing Mrs Goodwright to look away awkwardly and turn her back to me.
Mr Jaston had realised that there was no evidence that Freddie and I were in a relationship or having sex, he stood up and walked over to the door, opening it.
"Mr Bulsara, Mrs Bulsara and Mr Taylor" he said weakly "You are all free to go" Mrs Goodwright let out a small sort mewl as he said it.
Freddie jumped out of his seat almost knocking into his mum as he did, "Thank God!" He exclaimed holding his hand out for his baffled mother to take, he left the room and his mother turned to face us "And in future Janet" his mum said on her way out "Please don't make accusations that my son is gay without proof"
She held the door open for me, I ducked under her arm and tore off down the hallway towards the classroom that I was in before, I needed to tell Kian and Lawrence about what had just happened.
