In Love With My Best Friend

Family visits part 1

Roni POV
Last night was a doozie. The twins cried at least five times. Aaron and I switched out. At one point I was too tired,and Aaron had to take my shift. I've never been so tired in my life. When we wake up,which is pretty late, I make us two cups of coffee. We might need to refill multiple times.
"Roni,you look exhausted" Nessa says and eats a donut out of the box.
"That's an understatement,did you hear the twins last night?" I ask her
"Nope" The house is so big that we can't hear each other. It's pretty crazy. Aaron comes staggering down the stairs.
"You're tired too?" Ness ask. Before he answers he takes a sip of his coffee.
"Yeah,we were up all night"
"Ahhh,I remember those days" Kian says and stretch's his are across Nessa shoulder.
"The sleepless nights"
"The tiredness" They both say in turns
"It's far from over" Kian says and they giggle. We just roll our eyes. I go upstairs to check on Vinny and Vi. They're just waking up.
"It's time for babies first bath" I say and tickle their stomachs "let's go get daddy first" I say in my baby voice. I call Aaron up.
"It's time for you to get clean" He says. He uses the same voice he uses when he's talking to Guppy,who he babies too. Guppy is currently concerned about these two little aliens in our house. I guess he confused about how we left without anyone,then came back with two more people. I am too. It's crazy how that just happens. It's kinda weird,coming home with two new responsibilities.I love my two little responsibilities though. We brought two of those little plastic bathtubs. A pink one,and a blue one. They're almost a week olds so they're features are starting to show,and they're not as pale. Aaron fills the bathtubs with lukewarm water. Not to hot,not to cold. We each place a baby in water. We take one of those mini clothes and put some baby soap on them. We wipe down their little bodies,very gently. Every time I'm dressing them,I fell like I'm going to break their little bones,they're so fragile. We take a picture of the and we dry them of and get them dressed. We haven't told our fans yet,but I bet they're kinda suspicious. We haven't been on social media for almost a week so it's obvious. I decide when we get settled with the babies later today,we can tweet out a little message. Not announcing that the babies were born,just giving some clues. I don't want to leave them hanging for to long.
"My squeaky clean,little Vi" Aaron says and kisses her forehead.She smiles a little bit.
"She's definitely gonna be a daddy's girl"
"You have Vinny,he's screaming momma's boy"
"Yep look at my little man" I stick my finger out and he grabs on to it. I snuggle all three of my little babies. I have one big baby,who's hugging me tighter than everyone else. My 6 foot tall baby. I can smell all the baby products on the twins skin. I love that scent. That's my new favorite scent. They're so smooth to. I just love my little hugs for them. Over the past couple of days, I've held them each for at least four hours,and so has Aaron. We're both so in love with them.
"Looks like somebody's hungry" Aaron says. "I'll grab the bottles" He says and hands me Vi. I have one baby in each hand,which I've gotten used to. I got a call from Mommy and Daddy.
"Alexa answer" This Alexa thing is really coming in handy,with two babies.
"Hi baby"
"Hi mom" I say while trying to shush Vinny,he's crying because he's hungry.
"How's my little babies"
"They're Good,just a little fussy"
"How are you and Aaron?"
"We're good,just tired"
"Ahhh,as I expected. Is it ok if your dad and I swing by today?"
"Of course,we would love for you to see the babies for the first time"
"Ok,we'll be over in an hour or two"
"Ok see you then,bye"
"Bye"
"Who was that?" Aaron asks as he puts down the bottle and takes Vinny from me.
"It was my mom, she's swing by with daddy in a little bit" I feed Vi while I talk. Her cute little face always gets me to smile.
"I'll finish feeding them while you get ready" he says
"They need to be burped and their diapers will need to be changed in thirty minutes"
"I got it, I don't think you need to tell me that"
"Ok, I'm going to get ready" I say and kiss him.
Aaron POV
Feeding both of them at one time is a challenge. I have both of them propped up on one arm and I have two bottles propped up on my other arm. Vinny finishes first so I drape him on my shoulder and start burping him while I finish feeding Vi. I burp her when she's finishes and I put them both on their little donut pillows,while I make sure they don't spit up. I put their bibs in our towel and baby clothes mini washing machine that's in their room. Roni buying all this stuff really comes in handy. I change their diapers and put their little mittens on.
"Now you smell good,fed good,look good" I tell them. I sit down in the rocking chair and rock them.I give them each a pacifier and lay them back down in their cribs, then I go check on their mom.
"Oh you finished" I say
"Yep,I'm just kinda cleaning up a little"
"Oh"
"You struggled with feeding both the babies,didn't you?"
"Yep,but I balanced the bottles and burped one while the other one ate"
"Smart. I still haven't figured out how to do it yet"
"It's difficult but now they're just chilling in their crib with their pacifier" The doorbell rings
"I'll get it" She says and opens the door for her parents.
"Wow,it's quiet in here" Paul says after we greet him
"Kian's filming with JC,Nessa our grocery shopping,and the twins are chilling so it's quiet"
"Speaking of the twins, I can't wait to see them" Mrs.Merrell says.
"They're right upstairs" Roni says and leads us up to their room.
"Awww,oh my god" Mrs.Merrell says.
"What's the names again"
"This is Violet A'mour Burriss and this is Vincent Augustine Burriss,but we call them Vinny and Vi"
"I love the names" Wendy says and picks up Vincent.
"Who came up with them" Paul asks.
"I came up with Vincent's and Roni came up Violet's" We talk and they play with the babies for awhile
Roni POV
I love watching my parents play with the babies. They seem super happy to be grandparents again. After they leave, I order some dinner and Aaron comes and tells me that his parents and Andrew will be here in two days. I can't wait to see their reaction to the twins.
