I go upstairs to check on Veronica. She kinda of left mid sentence. Before I open the door I hear little sniffles.
"Hey" I say. I see her sitting on the floor with her hands covering her face. I run her back and hug her. I comfort her as much as possible. When she stops crying she looks at me.
"Thank you"
"No problem. You feel like talking it out?"
"Only if you want to listen"
"I'm always here to listen" She snuggles up to me
"It just all hit me. I just realized what has been going on the past two days. I was trying to stay strong but the memories keep coming back"
"What memories"
"The memories of the kidnapping. The memories of being beaten and separated from my family. It just all came back. I....." She starts to cry again
"It's okay just let it all out"

"How can I say no to those eyes" I pick her up and swing her across my back. I walk down stairs with her on my back. By the time we make down Kian and Nessa are here.
"Hey guys" Kian says while putting down bags

"We're supposed to be uploading the video today"Roni says
"About the video" Kian says with a nervous look on his face. Somethings up. Kian never looks nervous
"Don't tell me you forgot to edit the video" I say
"No It's not that" Kian says smiling
"How about I tell her and you tell him" Nessa says
"Ok" Kian and I walk outside

"We made a big announcement in the video"

"Whoa looks like someone's excited" Nessa says. Roni slides to me and grabs my hands. We start jumping up and down

"Me neither" We're both jumping up and down again.
"What's going on I sense happiness" Paul says walking up the stairs

"Sure" She says. She walks to the room with a laundry basket in her hand.
"What do your girls have to say" Paul ask
"I don't have anything to say, she does" Roni says pushing Nessa forward
"And he does too" I say pushing Kian forward. Roni and I look at each other with that excited look in our eyes. Kian and Nessa grab each other's hands.
"We just wanted to say that....." Nessa says
"We're pregnant" Kian replies
"Oh honey that's great" Wendy says putting down the laundry basket and hugging them both. Both her and Paul are tearing up. I wrap my arm around Roni shoulder and we look at them.
"It's so nice you to see young people in love"
"Aaron are you crazy"
"What"
"Everyone we know is young and in love. Heck we're young and in love"
"Oh right" She faceplalms and laughs. I love making her laugh. About thirty minutes later we hold hands and press upload together. She lays her head on my shoulder. So much is going on and I'm so proud and happy to have her by my side.
