16. unrequired jealousy

days had passed and changbin didn't realise that it was already saturday.

but instead of him getting ready for the day, he stayed in bed while covering himself with layers of sheets.

it was the day where he could just sleep, eat and procrastinate.

the alarm went off but he slammed it and continued to sleep.

he didn't want to get up at all.

just when he was about to drift off to dream land again, his phone vibrated.

the older groaned and reached out his hand to grab it.

when he opened his phone, he immediately shot up after seeing a new message from the younger.

and that was when it hit him, he was meant to go to hyunjin's house and meet his dad where he would ask him questions.

> my cab driver will be arriving outside your house in a few minutes, hope you're already dressed :)

"oh shoot!" he exclaimed and quickly got out of bed.

this usually doesn't happen so that was why he had already forgotten.

it was his first time going out on a saturday.

he ran to the bathroom and got ready: took a shower, brushed his teeth and washed his face.

then he came out of the bathroom and rushed to the closet to pick something to wear.

there wasn't much time so he just grabbed a random set of clothes and made his bed.

taking his phone with him, he walked downstairs and went to the cupboard to find nothing for him to eat.

cereal.

it doesn't waste time and it was a simple meal for breakfast.

so, he went over to the counter and grabbed a box of coco pops.

after he finished pouring the milk in, he took out a spoon and quickly began eating.

as he was eating, he looked out the window to check if the cab was there but he couldn't see it.

he sighed in relief and took his time getting everything ready.

changbin followed the younger's words and once again, looked outside the window.

what he saw then was a shock to him.

he just looked at it less than 10 seconds ago and now it was outside his house??

'what the...' he thought and got his eyes on the screen again.
