17. wouldn't wish for more

it was finally monday and changbin was excited as ever.

he couldn't wait for school to end so he could go to the younger's house and work there.

right now was lunch time, changbin and minho were currently seated at the back of the canteen eating their lunch.

"are you excited for your first day of work?" the older gladly smiled.

he nodded excitedly in response.

"i can't wait to go to his house and work there, i'm desperately in need for the money." he explained.

the two talked as they eat their lunch.

minho then realised someone was standing at their table so he looked up to see who it was.

"oh hey seungmin! oh, who's that with you?" his tone changed after seeing someone else with him.

changbin didn't pay attention to what was going on and just continued eating his lunch.

he didn't really like the younger and he was pretty sure the younger felt the same way as well.

"oh hyung, this is jeongin. he's new to the school." the boy who was being introduced bowed as he shyly smiled.

from the corner of his eyes, changbin immediately knew that he would like this dongsaeng.

he looked much nicer and kinder than seungmin.

not to mention that he looked like a complete softball right now.

"hey there jeongin! i'm minho and this guy over there is changbin, we're in our third year." when the male heard his name being called out, he turned his head around to face jeongin and nodded in a friendly way.

"nice to meet you hyungs! do you mind if we sit next to you? i don't know anyone apart from seungmin hyung and you guys." he explained while laughing a bit.

minho widely smiled at what he said and excitedly nodded his head. "of course! come~"

the two boys who were standing, smiled and began walking to their places.

but before seungmin could take the chance to sit next to changbin, he quickly announced something.

"urm, can jeongin sit next to me?" he stammered in his words as he says it.

it was kind of weird since it was their first time meeting each other but then again, same goes for minho.

he didn't mind who goes first to get to know but because changbin requested to sit next to him, he didn't mind having the first person to be him.

"sure hyung." jeongin stated and made his way to the other side where the male was.

seungmin, on the other hand, lost the chance and helplessly went to the other side where jeongin came.

now it was just seungmin and minho sitting next to each other with changbin and jeongin in front of them.

the whole lunch then ended with them getting to know each other.

after what seemed like hours, the bell finally rang meaning that school ended.

everyone rushed out of the gates in joy despite it only being the first day of the week.

changbin came out of the school building in excitement.

he was ready to begin his work.

"you must've been waiting for this moment." minho chuckled.
