Misa stared at Kyuhyun, her face scrunched up in concentration. She tilted her head to the right, still studying his face, then tilted it to the left. She bit her bottom lip. “Nothing’s coming to mind,” she finally announced.
From all around her, fourteen groans of disappointment greeted her ears. Misa wanted to giggle at them all, but decided their seriousness would make her action unwelcome. Instead, she looked at the fourteen remaining members of the Super Junior family, and smiled. “Maybe it’s something that can’t be forced?” she suggested.
After discovering Kyuhyun’s feelings about not having a nickname from her, Misa had called Zhoumi and Donghae for help. Between the three of them, they couldn’t come up with a suitable nickname for the magnae, which eventually led to the current gathering of the Super Junior boys (minus Teukie, of course!) in Kyuhyun and Zhoumi’s apartment.
Sitting directly across from her in the middle of the living room, Kyuhyun placed one long finger on the center of Misa’s forehead and gave her a light push. “Yah!” he exclaimed. “It was your idea to think of a nickname for me!” He gave her a look of pure exasperation.
Misa glared at him, lightly kicking his leg. “When you came up with my nickname,” she retorted, “you were swinging on a swingset, not surrounding me like an interrogation!” She stuck her tongue out at him, then quickly warned, “Don’t even say it!” She wagged a finger at him.
Donghae gave her a puzzled look, even as Kyuhyun laughed. “Don’t say what?” he asked.
“Whatever that perverted mind of his came up with when I stuck my tongue out,” Misa replied, pointing to her fiancée. “It’s written all over his face!” She continued to point at Kyuhyun, who sat there and smirked.
There were shouts of surprise. “Bwoh?!” Hankyung exclaimed, baffled. “Kyuhyun says perverted stuff to you?” He looked first to Kyuhyun, then to Misa, then right back to Kyu again.
“All the time,” she confirmed, rolling her eyes.
Donghae, Kangin and Ryeowook rushed forward and each gave the magnae a slap to the back of the head. “Is that the way you talk to my little sister?” Kangin demanded. Donghae and Ryeowook nodded in agreement.
