Chapter 15: Your Wedding Cake
No matter what anyone tells you, it does not have to be taller than you! ~SunRi
Who told you that? ~HyeBin
Don't even try to blame it on me, Sunny! ~SoRi
I listened to you, didn't I? ~SunRi
All I said was to pick something that you wanted, something that reflected you! And, by the way, how the hell does a seven-foot layered cake reflect you, hmm? ~SoRi
*glaring* ~SunRi
Your advice is spot on, SoRi. It should reflect you and your theme, the latter also reflecting you. ~JooLi
How about not having too much frosting? Especially when you know your groom is scheming to shove a piece into your face? ~AeYoung
If your groom plans on doing that, a firm, yet threatening," Smashed Cake=No Wedding Night Fun" should do the trick. ~HyeBin

A few weeks after Misa's encounter with the "Deadly Roses From RyRy" found Taeyeon glancing nervously around the apartment, her body slightly hunched over in anticipation. "I don't think it's a good idea for me to be here, Misa!" she called out.
From in front of her, Misa turned around, a small smile on her lips. "It'll be okay, Tae," she assured her. "Kyuhyun went out with Zhoumi and Heechul tonight and won't be back until late tonight; besides, we're just here to pick up the cake designs. We're in, we're out, ta-dah!"
"Still, I feel like I'm doing something wrong!" Taeyon said, shaking her head. She wandered over to the couch and sat down, her eyes falling upon the framed photo on the end table. Picking the frame up, Taeyeon couldn't help but smile as she gazed at the photo inside: Misa hugging Kyuhyun from behind, her cheek pressed against his as they both smiled happily at the camera.
"What do you have there?" Misa suddenly asked, startling her friend.
Taeyeon gasped, nearly dropping the picture frame; it fumbled in her shaking hands for a moment before she finally got a firm grasp on it. When she looked up, Misa was standing near the hallway, amused.
"Cute picture," she told her, willing her startled heart to calm down, "And, thanks for taking about a year off of my life!" She stuck her tongue out.
Misa giggled. "Sorry about that," she apologized, coming over to sit next to her. She gently took the frame from her and gazed at the picture. "My father took this picture," she explained, smiling, "It was the day Kyuhyun proposed."
"Aw!" Taeyeon gushed. "In that church you told me about?"
Misa nodded. "At my cousin's wedding, no less," she said, still smiling, "But, that's Kyuhyun for you; sometimes he just doesn't realize there's a world outside of himself." There was no malice in her words, just fondness and amusement.
"It was still romantic, though," Taeyeon said, smiling, "Tailor-made for you, don't you think?"
"Definitely," the other girl agreed. She glanced a bit longer at the picture, before replacing it on the end table. "I better go and get those designs," she added, standing back up, "SoRi and the others will be waiting."
