Someone was snoring in her ear.

Misa slowly opened her eyes, slowly stretching her arms above her head as her back slightly arched. She was laying on her side, Kyuhyun behind her, his arm resting loosely across her waist, his snores tickling her. She giggled as his breath blew into her ear, then slowly began to lift his arm off of her.

Almost immediately, Kyuhyun’s arm snapped back into place, pulling her against him. “Where do you think you’re going?” he murmured to her, before placing a kiss to her neck.

Misa giggled. “Um, bathroom?” she answered, rolling onto her back so she could look at him. “Is that alright with you, PrinceKyu?” she mocked.

He nonchalantly shrugged. “As long as you come back to bed afterwards,” he answered, smirking.

She scoffed at him. “And, what if I don’t?” she countered.

“Doesn’t matter,” he replied, shrugging again. “You’ll still find yourself on your back, in this bed like last night.” He wiggled his eyebrows at her.

She wrinkled her nose at him and groaned. “You know, just because we’re married now doesn’t mean you have to be greasy all the time, anata!” she protested.

“Being married is the perfect excuse for being greasy all the time!” he shot back, smirking. “Besides, you like it.”

“I do not!” she exclaimed, laughing.

“That’s not what you said last night.”

Misa turned a deep shade of red. “Kyuhyun!” she sputtered, shocked. When he only laughed at her, she added, “Well, I wasn’t the only one saying certain…things last night either!”

“I’m not ashamed to admit that some of the noises coming from our bedroom last night came from me,” he said, chuckling. He gave her a sly look. “You, on the other hand…I never knew you could be so vocal, angel,” he added.

She continued to blush. “Kyuhyun!” she protested, slapping his arm.

“What?” he asked, innocently.

She stuck her tongue out at him. “Why do you always insist on teasing me like that?”she demanded, pushing him away.

He chuckled. “Because it’s fun,” he answered, “and, really easy to do.”

She groaned and pulled the covers over her head. “You’re so mean!” she told him, her voice muffled.

Kyuhyun quickly ducked under the covers with her. “Oh, you love me!” he shot back, sidling up behind her and pulling her close.

Misa scoffed. “Whatever,” she muttered, refusing to look at him. “Tell me again why I fell in love with you?”

“There was no way you couldn’t fall in love with me, angel,” he told her, smirking. “There were so many people working against you, you didn’t stand a chance!”

She rolled over onto her back and stared curiously at him. “What do you mean?” she asked.

“The night we met,” he explained, “for Ryeowook’s birthday. Didn’t you wonder why the members were so adamant about you not leaving?”

FLASHBACK

Misa bowed. “Nice to meet you all,” she said. “So, who’s the birthday boy?”

Siwon slightly stepped forward. “That would be Ryeowook,” he answered. “The others took him out to distract him so we could decorate and set up; you’ll meet them when they come back.” He glanced at his watch. “Which should be any minute now,” he added.
