The lights swing in the wind, shadows cast on brick walls of the Boardwalk. Dwayne, the second oldest Lost Boy, overlooks his town from his perch, and smirks at all the fresh meat. One person catches his eye; a teenage boy around the age of 17 with blonde hair, green eyes, and a personality that was hard to match. He watched him as the town's Surf Nazis approached the new guy; teasing him about how he looked.

Dwayne jumps down from the roof of Frog Comics and draws the boy in. "I thought I told you to not leave my sight." He drawls, the Nazis giving him a strange look.

"Oh, um....I just wanted to see the beach," the boy casually plays along.

"Come on, then. Mom will get impatient if we're not back before the concert." The Surf Nazis back away and turn towards the beach.

"Thank you so much. I-I can't d-deal with b-bu-bullies." He stutters.

"You're welcome. Anything for a new guy."

"Would you like to grab a soda with me?"

"Sure. What's your name?"

"Y/N."

"I like it," he places his arm around Y/N's back. "I'm Dwayne."

"Good name for someone as dark and brooding as you."

"So, you go for the 'dark' and silent type, then?"

"Maybe."

"Come on, let's grab a soda while the night is still fresh." Y/N grabs Dwayne's hand and leads him to the central part of the Boardwalk and they both order rootbeer and a diet coke from the food vendor. Dwayne places his hand on top of Y/N's and leans in closer. "If you're up for it, there's a place I'd like to take you."

"Sure," Y/N smiles as Dwayne takes the lead away from the Boardwalk and towards the beach. "I've always wanted to live out here, and I finally can after dealing with my dad."

"What's it like?"

"Huh?"

"Having a troubled family. What's it like?"

"Well, your father normally abuses you, physically or emotionally. Your mother does nothing to stop it. And your siblings have all moved away so they're not involved anymore, so you're left alone to deal with your parents' messes."

"Doesn't sound very fun."

"It isn't."

"I only bring special people up here when I feel like they deserve to know me better. My brothers like to get a bit inappropriate at times when I'm trying to have fun and get to know a person, so this is my escape location."

"It's beautiful."

"Just like you."

"Thanks."

Dwayne leans in close to Y/N and connects his lips to him. Dwayne's right hand fits in the space at the back of Y/N's head and neck, and presses him closer, the boy moaning into his mouth.

I will do a part 2 later.
