The golden bell above the Frog's Comics door tinkled as she strutted in, taking in her new assigned location.

She was supposed to go undercover in a comic shop? That certainly wasn't ever mentioned in the case file.

"Welcome to Frog Comics. How may we help you?" Edgar greeted her as she removed her UV-resistance sunglasses and tucked them along the neckline of her v-neck t-shirt.

"I'm here to speak with an 'Edgar and Alan Frog'." She reads from the case file.

"That's us." Alan exited the back room. "What do you need?"

"I was assigned to this location so I could keep an eye on your disappearing population." She explained, hoping they'd get the memo.

"Assigned, why? Are you...a vampire?" Edgar gave her a hard glare, examining her pitch black eyes as he pushed his wooden cross in her direction.

"Puh-lease, Frog." She rolls her eyes. "I'm a hunter. I, as well as the company I'm here for, we're supernatural hunters. We scout out locations and rid the world of those causing trouble."

"So then what's with the freaky eyes?" Alan questions, becoming increasingly suspicious of her.

"You think we'd go up against creatures as a fragile human? Half the supernatural I've killed were more than half my size." She explains to them. "I'm an elemental demon. We strive to keep the balance between life and death, and Santa Carla is about ready to plunge into the depths of the Underworld....where I was born."

"So what do we get out of this?" Alan crosses his arms as if to intimidate her.

"A vampire-free town and a little upgrade on this place." She says, sighing at the teenage boys. "Give me a week and I'll get rid of them. I just need a room and I promise to pay."

"If you're a hunter, you're free to stay in our guest room upstairs." Edgar replied. "One week. No longer. Got it?"

"I never disappoint." She salutes them and stands in the doorway. "Time to gather intel."
