Here's a part two to Maniac, this time with a different song that suits the chapter a little differently.

For the next two weeks, she steered clear of the Boardwalk and hunted once per day on the crazies roaming the streets in downtown Santa Carla, and even scored a job in a hospital as a nurse; her mother's accomplishments gave her a higher status.

Lily scoured the streets that night, searching for a healthy meal. Her mother told her to bring dinner home.

'Bucky's Arcade' glowed brightly in neon colors. A gaggle of young, teen boys looked her up and down, eyeing what they thought was going to be an easy fuck.

She could smell alcohol on their tongues, a lot of it cheap these days. There must've been come sort of hidden bar below the arcade.

"Well, hello there. Want to be shown a good time?" They all chuckled, thinking tonight was their lucky night, but they were about to be dinner.

"Sure...." Lily's voice shook with fake uncertainty. Her stomach growled solely out of hunger, and she reached for the first boy, pinned him against the brick wall. His back snapped on impact, leaving him paralyzed as she fed on his insides with her sucker. "You never know what'll hit you at night."

The other two boys shoved her and she lashed out, her fingertips laced in venom that would paralyze them within seconds, and it did just that. They lay there, heavily panting while she sucked them dry and dumped the bodies in a dumpster one street away.

Once she had gotten home, she locked all doors and windows. Her mother had cooked awhile ago, blood splattered both on her clothes and the quaint yellow walls. She scrubbed the human blood out over the span of half an hour, and finally had time to get changed for bed.

At around eleven pm, she awoke to rocks smashing her glass window panes. "Do you have any idea what time it is?" She yelled to whom she thought was their own neighbor playing a sick joke.

"Actually, we do." A male voice laced with an upset tone spoke to her from within the bedroom. "And we need to talk."

She crossed her arms. "We aren't talking about anything. It's too late."

"Your bodies are adding up." Commented the slim, scraggly vampire with curly pubes and a patched jacket. "We don't kill as much as you."

Lily gave the vampire her signature stink eye. "I don't kill people, vamp. I'm human."

"No! We know you're something else." The mullet-haired, trenchcoat-wearing leader argued, attempting to draw her out.

Marko approached her and grabbed her wrist, poking and prodding the pulse-taking area of skin until her sucker broke the skin. "I knew it. You're a wraith."

"No way, Marko. They've been extinct for years." David complained.

"Sometimes creatures have to defy laws and rules. See ya, boys." She shoves them out the window and they take flight.
