GROCERIES

“No earphones is a bad omen...”

H I R O Asahina
December 8, 9:49 pm.
Leonhart St., 887 Malfoy Building.

Can’t blame him for such priceless expression.

He ran his hands through his hair, “W-Why? Isn’t he supposed to be—Gods! That’s poison!”

Lance shrugged and stretched his arms, “Twelve is immune with poisons and toxic chemicals.

“Twelve is a living proof,” I answered him with a grin, amused with his frustration. I sighed through my nose,

“Nakuha niya ‘yung immunity niya na ‘yon since he’s taking this injectable drug once a day. His body is completely dependent on that drug.

Zen just stared at us with disbelief, dahan-dahan siyang umiling, “That’s... ridiculous. Bakit naman siya iinom ng lason?”

“The drug that Twelve is taking is some kind of a stabiliser. It keeps homeostasis in his body. However, that drug should be fed.

‘Di namin alam at wala kaming ideya,” Lance said with a slight shrug. “Though, sure, we are worried with his kind of hobby. But seriously, masasanay ka rin.”

‘Di nalang nagsalita si Zen at tumulala sa sahig. He must be really shocked with Twelve’s peculiarity. Sino bang hindi? I don’t know how we manage to stay sane with Twelve on our side. It makes me think that Zonrox tastes like carbonated water. Minsan ‘pag sobrang sabog ako, naiisip kong i-try. Nasapo ko nalang ang noo, nakaka-frustrate.

“Why do I feel like everyone in the Oedipus is so queer?”

I lifted my stare at Zen when he suddenly talked. I stifled a small chuckle.

Lance and Zen looked exhausted. Of course, they would. Ginalit nila si Mia e. We took a quick shower at pag-akyat ko, hilik ni Twelve ang sumalubong sa ‘kin. I sighed through my nose and climbed at the upper deck. The second floor of the house has only two rooms. I don’t know if Lance already saw the insides of it but as for me, I chose not to stick my nose on it.

And yes, natutulog kaming apat sa iisang kwarto.

Our room is big, it’s like a dancing studio. It has two huge cabinets. Each cabinets have drawers so we can organise our own things but meh, it didn’t actually matter.

Does this also apply to our undergarments?
