Marco x Reader - College and games ~Part 1~ (Modern AU)

It was your first year of college, and you were terrified (Petrafied hehehe) of everything. The people, the work, how people would judge you, and who you would be rooming with. Especially that last one, because it could be some creep person. Luckily, your good friend Mikasa got someone to tell you who it was. It was someone named.... Marco? You shrug it off and walk to your room, then open it. Once you open the door, you see a dark room. Nothing much in it, two beds, a desk, closets, bathroom, kitchen, furniture, laundry area, and a rather large window. Ok, that is a lot of things.. after all you were granted permission into this college because of your grades. You where surprised to hear that your best friend Jean Kirschtein was accepted. 'I guess those hours of tutoring him really were worth it', you thought to yourself. You put down your bags and started unpacking while playing some music from your phone that was charging.

After an hour or so, you were done unpacking. 'I'm so bored.... There's nothing to do..' You were interrupted from your thoughts when the door was knocked on rather softly. Slowly you walked to the door and opened it, a tall boy with freckles, amazing hair, and beautiful eyes was at the door. 'Is this Marco?!', you thought to yourself before moving out of the way from the freckled boy. He walked in carrying items and suitcases, and gently placed them down on his half of the room. "Hey there, I'm f/n!", You said happily and looked at the taller kid. "Hello... I'm Marco. So this is the room?", He says while looking around. So this is Marco.... He looks amazing..... You were snapped out of your daze when he looked at you and asked a question, "So, I'll be rooming with you for a while? I hope you don't mind, I invited my friend Jean over." He knows Jean?! "Jean...? Kirschtein?!", You ask him. He nods and then starts unpacking, "Yep. I've known him for a long time now..."

Why didn't Jean tell you about Marco being your roommate?! You take a mental note to self to slap Jean across his face... Why didn't he tell you....?! You thought this year was going to be horrible.... after all you were with someone that knew your best friend, yet you never met. Well, there is a possibility Jean talked about him but you just tuned him out. You do that a lot anyways. You slowly walked to your bed and laid down, hoping time would just go faster; You didn't want to be stuck in a room with someone you didn't know for hours. You were hoping time would go faster to the point when Jean gets here, and after a few minutes of thinking of that... You fell asleep.

Hours later of sleeping you wake up to see Jean sitting at the edge of your bed, laughing and talking to Marco about something. He was about to continue until Marco pointed at you, and Jean suddenly stopped talking. You were kind of mad you couldn't hear the conversation going on, but you forgot about it and sat up. Jean looked at you and smiled, "Hello f/n! sorry I didn't tell you about Marco" He smirks and looks back at Marco, they both begin talking about some band they listen to. You tuned it out, but listened carefully to Marcos laughter and voice. Both were so majestic... kinda like a unicorn. You sit up and look around, looks like Marco did unpack. He had a lot of stuff, it all looks very neat. Good, that's how stuff at home was too. You like it that he does the same..! Just another thing to love!

Jean decided to stay over, fun fun. More like..... Horrible!!!!!!!! Geez! Why does he have to?! He likes to take care of you like he is your brother. He also decided to play truth or dare so that Marco and you could get to know each other better. Since he already knew you both, he knows everything about you.
