PLOT:
Yuri Masumi and Paul Lahote have been best friends since the age of nine, and have been stuck to one another's sides since the day they met. When they entered high school, Yuri assumed everything would always be the same between her and Paul. She ignored his blatant flirting with almost every girl he passed by, and he ignored her studious and school-oriented ways.
However, when Paul suddenly began ignoring all of her calls and visits, she started to investigate into the reason why her best friend was neglecting her. She eventually confronts Sam Uley, demanding for answers and persisting that he return Paul back to his normal state.
Unfortunately, she didn't realize she was throwing herself into a completely different world of werewolves and vampires when Sam imprints on her, forcing her to begin facing impossible decisions.
SUMMARY: Yuri Masumi and Paul Lahote have always been best friends, stuck to one another like glue. When Paul phases for the first time and falls underneath Sam's control, he's forced to cut off all connections with Yuri. The Japanese girl was confused by the action and decided she was going to figure out the truth, leading her mission to confronting Sam Uley.
