Wendy's pov
"Ideas. Let's get ideas here." Gildarts said with little effort. He went back to looking at the class again. I stood there awkwardly while everyone stared at the front. The mindless zombies didn't seem interested.
Well, except for one white haired bimbo.
"Ugh.... yes, Lisanna?"
Gildarts didn't seem to like the girl either.
"Well," Way too preppy Lisanna stood up from her desk to announce her "great" idea. "I purpose that we do a... drumroll please... a... musical!"
"Wow. Uh.. that's not a bad idea. Thank you, Lisanna. You can sit down now, please." Lisanna nodded, pretty please with herself as she sat down. Gildarts seemed surprised that she had anything intelligent to say.
"If we get a musical, you should direct it. I bet you could do a better job then me." Romeo whispered to me after he nudged his elbow gently into my arm. I just looked at him, glared, then looked back to the class. I wasn't in the mood.
Romeo frowned at my disinterest. He picked up some chalk to write "1- MUSICAL" under the "IDEAS" tab he must of wrote out before.
Some other students rose their hands. One said a haunted house, a boy said maid cafe which made the other boys laugh which made the girls cringe, one artsy kid said an art exhibit, another said photography station, blah blah blah. The class took a vote, and the most votes went to musical.
A phone on the teachers desk started to ring after the vote.
"Kids, I have to take this. In the meantime, pick a play, or musical, which ever one your doing I could care less, and pick the leads." Gildarts said, once again, no effort, and then left the room.
"Alright. Let's pick the musical. Any ideas?"
A bunch of ideas came by from kids shouting it. I heard Newsies, Spelling Bee, Mean Girls, Mama Mia, a lot of them. But then:
"How about Highschool Musical?"
