"Listen, A-...e..shra-k. You have to put efforts into learning who you are and what you can do."

What did you say?? And who are you?!

"I am your creator. My name is Yatsumaki."

Who is this for real?! Yatsumaki is long dead!

"I'm right here. I am the same as you. A Kami. Therefore you should be able to easily tell..if you would just sense my energy."

(He's right... One quick sense and I feel so bonded with him.)

"An-... or rather, Morgana. As a Kami, you were born with a mission. I need you to research what you need to know about your abilities as a Kami, and only trust sources that call out to you. Find out how to reach us."

Reach you..? As in, meeting with you? Wouldn't I have to astral project?

"You catch on quickly child."

But hold on. My creator? A mission? My abilities as a Kami? Why are you telling me all this so suddenly. And more importantly, why do I have to do the research on my own? I hardly know anything about this stuff! (How am I speaking so casually to him? It's like I know him..)

"I would love to. However, I don't have the time. I may be a Kami... but at the end of the day I'm just like you and your loved ones. We're regular people playing the role of gods. I have nature to create, grimoires to assign, names to give, realms to govern, and people to collect. I hope you understand."

(He's awfully polite to a child!)

"I know someone who has the knowledge to help you with your questions, but, she may not want to see you."

"Because you and her are the same. Now then, I must leave."

"In the spirit realm, at least she should be there. She likes to wander around many realms. But for most of the time she sits and ponders until the sun sets. You'll know her when you see her."
