Chapter 19

Killian POV-

Finally.

I had been in the office with my dad discussing about our next move, for 3 hours. Now I'm making my way to my and Zero's room. Is now 2 Am and I had promised Zero that I was going to be there at 11 PM I need to apologise to him for being so late. I opened the room's door and frown when I didn't saw Zero in bed. Did he went to find me ?

I called his phone only to notice that his phone was left in the room. I made my way downstairs to look for him.

"Hey what are you doing up this late?" Ivan asked from the couch.

"Have you seen Zero? He is not in our room" I asked trying to control myself.

"No, that's weird. The last time I saw him went to sleep. Are you sure he is not in the restroom?"

"No Ivan he is not. I've looked for him in this entire mansion already." I yelled at him, unable to contain my feelings. Worry and fear is the only two thing that i could feel at this moment. Just where the fuck is he?

I apologized to Ivan for yelling at him.

"That's not important now. We need to find Zero" he said already standing up to help searching for Zero.

" We need to inform this to your dad" I agreed with him and make our way towards my father's room.

"Father " I called him. He was laying down on his bed, reading a book.

"Uhm? What happen?"

"Zero... He.. he is missing" I said. It was hard thing to said. I feel like this is all my fault. I promised him that I was going to protect him and now... I don't even know where he is or with who, fuck I don't even know if he is okay...

"Hey Killian, don't cry we are going to find him" Ivan said as he pat my shoulder. I didn't even notice that I was crying.

" What the fuck ? Are you okay?" I heard Ivan say behind making me turn to him. There was one of our bodyguards covered in blood on his shoulder, it looks like someone tried to stab him.

"I-i tried to s-stop her...I'm sorry I'm sorry" he said as he began to sob apologizing.

"Her?" My father ask.

Ivan and me help the guy sit down.

"She contacted m-me a few d-days ago... I'm sorry !! I t-told her it w-was me. I told her about Zero kn-knowing Elizabeth's p-plan. "

"Who did you tell ?" I ask getting angry at him.

"She threated me s-saying that s-she would find my family. I had to tell her to s-save my family. I'm sorry" he said looking at me and my father with honesty.

"Who did you tell?" My father ask the same question I did but now with a softer gaze.

"E-emily. I tried to stop her but it was to late"

My heart beat faster at his comment. Late for what? What does he mean?

"Late ?" I asked him

"She had Zero already in her car. She and Elizabeth are working together. That's all I know. I'm sorry I'm really are"

"Don't apologize you did it for your family. I'm really proud of you trying to stop her in the end. Now let's get you treated." My father said as the guy thanked him. Ivan took him to our clinic next to the mansion leaving us alone.

"Don't worry son, I will do my best to find him. It's my fault that this is happening" my father hugged me as my tears began to fall down. My father never showed his emotions for me so him hugging me make me feel calmer than before.

"How did mother knew about Elizabeth?" I asked him.
How did my mother even knew about Zero being Elizabeth's son?
How did they both got to know each other?

"That I don't know ... For now let's focus on finding Zero" he sigh.

I just pray that Zero is fine wherever he is. I'm sorry that I couldn't protect you like I promised.

Zero POV-

I opened my eyes, my head felt heavier than usual. I began to panicked when i couldn't recognize where I was. I tried to stand but instantly fail, there was to chains around my waist making me unable to stand up.

Where is this? I was in a small gray room with nothing but a brown door at the front.

Just as I thought about that a wave of nausea came to me, making me vomit all my food in my lap. When I finished the door began to open reveling the woman that I once wished to meet her.

"Oh look at you I thought I wasn't going to achive my original goals but you give me that pleasure sweetie" Elizabeth said as she began to walk towards me. What is she talking about?

She smirk and slap me on my cheek making in it burn at the impact.

"You look like your stupid father" she said but I ignore her insult towards my dad. I really miss him. The last time I talked to him was two days ago, I called him and we talked, he told me that he was doing better, I was so happy to heard that.

"What do you mean ? Achive what?" I ask trying to hide my fear.

"Oh you don't know? Well... I'm really afortunate to be the first person to tell you. Congratulations you are pregnant!" She laughed loudly.

I'm pregnant?
With that though I collapse to the floor. I need to escape from here not only for me now I have another reason, a baby, mine and Killian's baby....
