Chapter 28

Zero POV-

I woke up only to see Killian sleeping peacefully. I frown at the memory of yesterday. I wasn't able to control my feelings... well I guess it's because of the pregnancy hormones. It's good to know that killian isn't mad at me for not being able to take good care of our baby. I know I'm the reason for our baby's danger, I was expecting him to get angry at me for being useless but in the end I was the one who got angry at him for having that piece of paper! I was furious when I saw that woman's name on it.

I sigh and looked at mark who was still sleeping with a smile on his small face. I should get breakfast ready. I stood up and went to the restroom to do my stuffs, when I finished I walked down to the kitchen began cooking breakfast. Today I really want strawberry pancakes!

A smile appeared on my face when I felt two strong arms hugging me from behind, followed by small hands hugging my legs. I looked down an saw mark looking up at me with a big smile on his face. I'm happy to see him so cheerful.

"Goodmorning baby!" I bend down and kissed his chubby little cheek. He giggle and returned the gesture.

"Morning Zero !" He replied. He glared at killian, making me looked at them confused.

"What about me, Zero? Where is my kiss?" Killian said ignoring at the little kid who was glaring furiously at him.

"Morning, love !" I said as I stood up on my tiptoes to be able to pecked his lips.

"Noooo!!" Mark yelled suddenly making me and killian break the kiss. I looked at him confused.

"What is wrong baby?" I asked him as I picked him up and sat him on the chair. ( I realized that I never mentioned the age of Mark but for those who are wondering, he is 6 years old. )

"I have the same question. This morning I woke up with him glaring at me." Killian said as he sat on the chair next to Mark.

"Zero you're supposed to be mad at Killian !! He made you cry yesterday." Mark said pouting as he point at Killian.

I chuckled quietly.

"Yes I know Markie but he already apologized yesterday." I said as I looked at Killian, who was looking guilty.

"Yes, Mark. I'm really sorry that I made your brother sad. I promise it won't happen again. Can you stop being mad at me ?" Killian asked as he made a puppy face to Mark.

"Okay! Only if you let me eat one of your pancakes." Mark said crossing his little arms.

"Aww man but I love Zero's pancakes! But I will sacrifice only to make you happy with me again " I smiled at the sight of the two people I love, my little brother and my handsome boyfriend.

I was about to return cooking when a wave of nausea came to me, making me run towards the near bathroom.
I began to vomit acid, since I didn't even got the chance to eat. Killian was by my side immediately, rubbing my back.

"Are you alright, love?" Killian asked as he helped me stand up.

"Yes.." I replied looking down my stomach.

"We need to talk about our baby..." Killian said getting serious. My heart stared to beat faster. What is he going to say? Is he going to make me do abortion? I don't want that... I really want to give birth to our baby, even if that means losing my life...

"Y-yes, I know." I said trying to contain my tears.

"Hey, don't cry." Killian said as he instantly pulled my to his arms, hugging me.

"It's j-just that I don't want to make a-abortion. I-I love our b-baby" I sobbed.

"Nobody said anything about abortion, baby. I don't want to do that but I don't want to lose you either." Killian replied hugging me even tightly. I sigh in happiness, I'm glad that he think the same about abortion.

"That's why I'm going to hired the best doctors, so they can help us but promise me one thing Zero." Killian said, looking straight at my eyes.

"Promise me you won't leave me? You would fight for both, you and our baby. Okay? I want to have you both in my arms." Killian said looking at me as if I was the most precious thing in the world. I smiled and nodded, while my tears were still falling from my eyes.

"I promise I will stay with you. I love Killian"

"I love you too, Zero." Killian replied, leaning down to kiss me. I blushed at the suddenly action but still returned the gesture.

"Zero, I think something is wrong with the pancakes. Smoke is coming out from them " I heard Mark yelling from the kitchen, making me gasp at the realization.

"Omg noo!! " I said as I began to run towards the kitchen.

I can heard Killian laughing from the bathroom.

"Don't laugh !! " I pouted as I turn off the stove.

"Okay okay but don't run again. I don't want you falling" killian said as he pecked my temple.

I felt tears began to fall again.

"My pancakes..."
