His Past

After what felt like hours Virgo and Scorpio decided to take a break.

They sat down and tried to start a fire.

Luckily there where some old torches they could use as fuel and scorpio had a firestarter with him.

After getting the fire started they rested.

Scorpio: Hey.

Virgo: What.

Scorpio: Why do you hate hunters?

Virgo: Why do you hate communicators?

Scorpio: Uh uh, I asked first.

Virgo: Why should I tell you?

Scorpio: I mean you might as well, no telling if we're gonna get out here.

Virgo: Fine I'll tell you why I despise hunters.

**********Virgo's Flashback*********

Before Virgo became a Communicator, he was just a regular kid.

Virgo lived in a good home, both parents, good neighborhood, good schools the whole nine yards.

There was only one thing that wasnt right.

Virgo could see ghost. And there was one in his house.
He told his parents but they took it as a wild imagination.

Every night the spirit would bother him by pulling his blanket off, or if he left his hand or leg hanging of his bed the ghost would tug on it.

Once in while the ghost would go as far as threatening to kill his parents.

Virgo never said anything since no one believed him.

Virgo started reading books on poltergeist and exorcisms.

One night Virgo felt confident, and attempted an exorcism.

He prepared talismans, incantations, and a magic circle to make sure the spirit wouldn't escape. His plan was to capture the spirit in an imprisonment spell.

As he began to address the spirit, he was attacked from behind.
The spirit attacks left lacerations and burns on his back.

Virgo quickly ran out of the room, breaking the magic circle.

Virgo showed his parents what happened. And at that point they believed him.

They decided to sleep in a motel until they could get rid of the spirit.

They tried asking priest from churches but was denied because Virgo's family never went to church or accepted any faith.

Desperate, they sent out an ad offering money to solve their problem.

Immediately, they got a response. A hunter.

Virgo didn't feel comfortable using a hunter, but they were desperate.

The hunter demanded payment up
front.

They reluctantly agreed.

After explaining the situation they went back to the house.

As they walked in they were quickly attacked.
The parents couldn't see what was happening, but Virgo could see everything.

Luckily the hunter was able to kill the spirit, but what they didn't know was that there was a second ghost. The ghost quickly grabbed the parents.

Surprised, the hunter asked for more money, but they didn't have any.

After he heard that, the hunter simply walked out, leaving them with the ghost.

Virgo's parents told him to runaway.

Virgo hesitated and stood there while his parents were getting consumed.

Virgo witnessed his parents death.
With no will to live he just stood there and waited.

Right before the ghost could grab him. A group of what looked like priest stepped in front him.

They exorcised the ghost. But could not save his parents.

The Communicators explained to him what they are and what they do.

With no where to go, he agreed to join the communicators.

Till this day, he will never forgive that hunter for walking out on him.

**********Flashback end************

Virgo: And that's why I dont like hunters, they're greedy.

Scorpio: I'm sorry for what you had to deal with, but not all hunters are like, there are some who fight for more than money.

Virgo: Like you?

Scorpio: Maybe.

Virgo: So I told my story, what's yours?

Scorpio: Nice try, I'll admit we're close, but we're not that close.

Virgo: what? Come on.

Scorpio: we should get going.

Reluctantly, Virgo agreed with scorpio and started walking again.
