While hearing "I Love L.A." by Randy Newman, Hank park his truck and Marla tears "I Love New York" sticker which was made by Dale.

After turning off, Marla said, "Hank, what are you doing?"
Hank said, "Look, I said anything because of you."
Marla said, "Then why are you from New York?"
Hank said, "I did born in New York."
Marla said, "Look, I was born in Ames, Iowa, my dad's from Alabama and mom's from North Carolina, they're southerns, not me, I'm a Christian, you're a Methodist."
Hank said, "You're right Marla, I was a Methodist."

Marla visits Kyle Clifton and Joe Namath at her house, Marla said, "Come in."
Kyle said, "Hey don't you remember me?"
Marla said, "Kyle? Joe? What are you doing hanging out for so long."
Joe said, "It's simple, My Alabama playing career with coach Bear Bryant has finally got the right job."
Marla said, "Cool, Kyle, you're born in Olney, went to TCU, same as Bob Lilly, I was wondering that some of these guys are cool to hang out."
Kyle said, "Yeah, I guess so Marla, Marty Lyons is one of the best, so does Woodrow Lowe."
Marla said, "Okay."
