Hank decided to take his son Bobby to the golf course. "Peggy, I'm taking the boy golfing, and that's that."

Seconds later, Marla came by to see Hank.
Marla said, "Hey, Hank, are you going somewhere?"
Hank said, "Yes, I'm taking my boy to the golf course."
Marla said, "Hank, I want you to meet this guy, Doug Stilson, the Herb Adderley fan."
Doug said, "Hi."
Hank said, "Who is Herb Adderley?"
Doug said, "He's the Super Bowl champion three times, one as a Cowboy and two as a Packer."
Hank said, "Wow, that's great, Doug."
Doug said, "I also had a picture of them showing three rings in 1991."
Hank said, "Where are you from Doug?"
Doug said, "I'm from New York. My sister Patricia died recently, so my other siblings Ilene, Edna, Lynn and Chuck were upset about her."
Hank said, "Well, that's so sad to hear about it Doug. Marla, are you going to the golf course?"
Marla said, "I love golf. D.D. Lewis and Dwight Clark played golf with me since 1991. In the current course today, Willie Nelson is here."
Hank said, "Willie Nelson?"
Marla said, "Yes. I met him in 1977."

Willie and Hank grew up in Texas. They loved golfing and playing guitar. Meanwhile at the guitar shop, Doug and his best friend Les Coombs were working as did owner Earl.

Earl said to Les, "Go in the back and alphabetize the guitar strings." Earl also said, "Doug, put these instruments away where they came from, some customers don't like it."
Doug said, "aye aye captain."

Meanwhile, at the golf course, Hank said to Bill, "Santa Claus is for babies!"
Bill said, "You're a mean one, Mr. Grinch."
Marla said, "You can't fool me, there ain't no Santa Claus this month. My new friend Doug is now working for the guitar shop so he and Les Coombs were best friends forever."

Bobby said, "Mr. Gribble, who's your all-time hero?"
Dale said, "You are, if you get me some smokes."
Marla said, "Dale, no cigarettes in this golf course."

After Bobby visit Willie Nelson, Hank hangs the phone up and said, "Marla, Bobby's with Willie Nelson, you're coming with me."
Marla said, "Okay, Hank."

While arriving, Hank said, "Out of my way, rooster-boy."
Marla said, "Whoa, you must be Lyle Lovett, Julia Roberts' ex."
Lyle said, "Yes, Marla, I was hanging out with you since 1986."
Marla said, "How did you my name?"
Lyle said, "It's simple."

After meeting Bob Dylan and Dennis Hopper, Randy was at Willie Nelson's house and he said, "Marla, where have you been? Did you hang out with Doug Supernaw again?"
Marla said, "It's Stilson, not Supernaw. He's still works at the guitar shop."
Randy said, "I saw Jeff Foxworthy at Mega Lo Mart recently, but you need to go see him right now."
Marla said, "Sorry, Randy, Willie Nelson is here."
Randy said, "What?"

Meanwhile at Willie's, he said, "I believe that kid does have a hero. And his name is Hank Hall."
Hank said, "Hill."
Willie said, "Yeah right."
Marla said, "Willie?"
Willie said, "Marla!"
Willie and Marla and hugged together and she said, "I haven't seen you since 1977, after the show, Larry Cole's daughter Christina asked me for some presents for me."
Willie said, "You sure did Marla."
Marla said, "Hank, would you mind talk to your son right now?"
Hank said, "Sure, Marla."

After Hank sings and plays guitar for Peggy, Marla, Randy and Luanne were hanging out.
Hank said, "Well then it just sort of goes off into a Buddy Holly riff."
Marla said, "Hey, I found a Buddy Holly record from the thrift store in which Doug gave it to me. I brought Luanne here."

At the end of it, Willie said, "You braided that perfect, Luanne. But next time lighten up a little on the glitter spray."
