The car ride was long but mom was right. By then we finally arrived at Utah. It was breathtaking, the place was beautiful. We first made a stop to get food and then when we did that we went to a neighborhood, not small but not a big neighborhood. It was average, normal, and calm. I saw a few kids outside, playing. We then arrived at the house mom bought and it was pretty decent. It was a two story house, white and blue, and of course it was cute in my opinion. We stop at the side of the road and my mom went to the U haul that's in the back. Luna was asleep, her head on my shoulder. I then shake her but not so hard because we have finally arrived.

"Luna... Luna!" I said, whisper shouting at her. She groans and opens her beautiful hazel eyes;she looks at me.

"What Nati?" She asks.

"We are here. Don't be such a lazy piece of shit and help us get the stuff inside the house." I say opening the door to the car. I got out and take a deep breath and then exhale very loudly so Luna can hear.

"Can you not breathe out so loudly. It's kinda annoying." I roll my eyes at her.

I look at the neighborhood. It was pretty quiet around here. I then spot a boy, kinda tall, dark brown hair, perfectly tanned skin, walking straight to what I think might be his house, which weirdly is in front of mine. He catches me staring and smiles at me. i smile back and he continues walking and entered his house and seconds later ran back out. I was confused on where he was going but then I didn't care much about it.

"Aren't you gonna help? You are just standing there." Luna says carrying a box that had her stuff in it. I can tell its her box because I can see from here where she wrote "Luna's box! Keep out or else" I laughed in my head.

"Of course I'm going to help." I grab the big box, that's obviously mine. My jersey from the softball team I was in fell out.

"Oops. I'll pick this up" I said to myself and picked it back up and put it back in the box. I then went inside the house.

"Wow, the house is even better on the inside." I keep looking around. I then went upstairs and found the perfect room for me. I finally had my own bathroom, "This is my room!" I scream out.

I put then settled everything except for my baseball things. The rest took me about an hour to organize. I take the baseball bat from the box and look out the window. I went downstairs to look for my mom only to see her organizing the living room.

"Ma? Where exactly is that sandlot you were talking about?" I ask softly. She looked at me and then she looked at her wrist watch.

"It's not that far from here. About a 3 to 4 minute walk." She said with a smile painted on her face.

"Cool... I can go right?" I asked just to make sure. She nods and then told me to be back by 7 for dinner. I ran upstairs grabbed my glove, baseball and bat. I also found my LA cap and put it on since it was so sunny outside. I said goodbye to my mom and Luna and ran out to the sandlot.

I finally arrived and slowed my pace. I ran too fast that now I was exhausted but I didn't mind. I opened the gate to see a group of boys, ages maybe 10-15, playing ball. There were 9 of them. The darked haired boy I saw today was at the home plate. I watch him swing a couple of times and when a darked skin boy threw the ball, he immediately hit the ball and went flying towards me. A chubby boy that was behind the one I saw earlier yelled out to me.

"Watch out!" He yelled out. Luckily I had my glove on so I just lifted my hand out and caught the ball.

All 9 boys came running toward me. With all of them talking I didn't understand any of them.
