15. Bitch Alert

I stood up a little and pull my legs up to my chest. I place my sunglasses on the towel and look at the red head.

"Hey." I say. I study her and she was wearing a white top that had a small bow in the middle and high waisted blue bottoms. I see Benny coming out of the pool and headed our way.

Claire turns around and sees him coming towards us. She fixes her hair and I just roll my eyes.

"Hi Benny." She says very sweetly. Benny looks at her and gives her a small smile.

"Hey Claire. What brings you here?" He asks. I stand up and Benny eyes me. I felt so uncomfortable wearing a bathing suit.

"Oh well my dad got a phone call from Natalia's mom wanting to know if I wanted to come to the pool. Of course I said yes and now I'm here talking to you guys." She says. Benny nods understanding her explanation and I just cross my arms.

"Are you alone?" Benny asks. My head turns to him and then at Claire.

"No, I'm here with my friend. He's somewhere over there." She points out.

She starts looking up and down Benny's body. I glare at her and she notices she looks away and her cheeks start to change color. 

"Uh Benny come with me to go get some snacks from the snack bar." I say and grab his arm. "Will you excuse us." I pull him and he waves at her.

We walk rapidly and I was practically dragging Benny. That little bitch gets on my god damn nerves. I just don't like how all of a sudden she was brought into my life. I was just fine with Luna and my mom. If my so called father hadn't been such a terrible person, we could have been doing what normal families do.

We reached the snack bar and there was a long line, great.

Benny starts to laugh. "What's so funny?" I say letting go of his arm.

"I can tell you don't like her." He chuckles.

I scoff and cross my arms. "What makes you say that?" I ask.

"The way you glare at her. The way your facial expression changes when she's around. The way your body posture changes." He lists off. I roll my eyes and he points that out. "That! Every time she talks you just roll your eyes." He says.

"Oh come on Benny boy, that can mean anything." I say. The line moves and I just take a few steps forward.

"Come on señorita, what's wrong?" He says. I blush at the way he called me señorita.

"Nothing." I look away and try to hide the fact that my face is red. "It doesn't matter." I say.

He grabs my hand and lifts my head up. "Come on you can tell me anything." He says. I tug away from his grip and started moving forward with the line.

"Look, it's fine. Can we not talk about this please." I say. His face softens and he looks ahead and then looks at me with a smile.

"Okay señorita but I know there is something wrong with you and I won't give up till you tell me. I'll respect your wishes." He replies. Oh god what is this he's doing. He's such a goofball. I giggle and we move up. I see Cole there, wearing a red shirt and hat. This must be his job.
