I looked around and saw them staring at me.
"Katherine...Katherine look at me"
I looked at him. He's one of them. I backed away.
"Don't come near me...stay away"
"Katherine you're okay"
"No, you're...you're one of them, I'm one of you"

"Kay I'm not sure about this" I said looking at her trying to lower the skirt she had given me to wear to the party.
"Katherine, it's perfect just pull it up a bit"
"But"
"No but's here, put this on"
I grabbed the shirt and walked to her restroom to change. I looked at myself in the mirror. This was something I would wear but at the same time I wouldn't. I'd prefer a t-shirt and some jeans with a pair of vans. However, I did agree with Kay picking out my outfit.

I walked out the restroom and saw Zach sitting on her bed.
"When did you get here?" I said walking to the chair to put on my shoes.
"While you were in there" He said pointing to the restroom. "You look nice by the way"
"Thanks" I said smiling at him.
"What about me?" Kay said looking at Zach.
She was wearing a light pink crop top with black shorts and some sneakers.
"You look nice Kay" Zach said looking at her. She smiled and nodded her head. I swear these two have some type of chemistry going on between them. They just don't know it.
"Okay, we're all set let's go" Kay said walking out of her room.
"Come on let's go" Zach said getting up from the couch.
I grabbed my phone and Baylee's present and followed them out. Kay's house was not that far from mine and Zach's house. Her parents weren't home when I arrived and they still aren't here by the time we left. We got inside Zach's car and drove out to Baylee's party. Her party is going to be at her mansion and according to Zach and Kay it was going to be packed with people. I looked out the window and saw the stars light up the night sky. The drive wasn't too long only a couple minutes.
"We're here" Zach said.
They were right her house was packed. There were cars parked all over her driveway. Some were barely arriving. Zach found a parking space and parked.
"Do you guys think Baylee will like her present?" I said looking at the box with a silk golden ribbon.
"All she cares for is people coming, she doesn't really mind if she doesn't get any presents" Kay said fixing her makeup.
"Let's go"
We got off the car. I adjusted my skirt and tried pulling my top lower but it wouldn't go any lower.
"Don't worry Katherine, you look good. Any guy would want a dance with you" Kay said as she winked at me.
We began walking inside. The loud music filled up the room. The living room was filled with people dancing. Some were drinking and talking to each other while others were busy making out. I followed Zach and Kay as they walked to the second living room. Baylee was there. She was wearing a white short dress. She had the looks but her attitude was something she would need to work on.
