-KATHERINE'S P.O.V.-

Something didn't feel right. The atmosphere around me felt uncomfortable. I opened my eyes slowly. It was morning already. I got up and looked around. We were still in the abandon cabin. Where was Jonah?

"Jonah...Jonah"

I got up and looked around. Did he leave me? I walked to the kitchen, he wasn't here.

"You're awake"

I screamed when I heard his voice. My heart began to pound faster than usual. I turned to see him looking at me confused.

"Fuck Jonah you scared me!"

"Sorry"

"What time is it?" I asked.

"I wouldn't know. I don't have my phone on me but I'm guessing somewhere around six to seven a.m."

"We should get going"

I walked pass him and opened the front door. It was freezing cold. I put my hoodie on before walking out only to loose balance and almost fall. Jonah pulled my hand helping me balance myself.

"The snow is deep, you won't be able to walk" he said.

"Wrong" I responded. I continued walking but he was right it was too hard. I stopped and turn to see him smiling at me. He walked over to me like nothing, how was he not having trouble walking in the snow. He walked in front of me and stopped.

"Get on"

"No"

"Katherine, get on so we could head back to the cabin"

I walked to him and got on his back. I wrapped my arms around his neck, he got a hold of my legs.

"You're heavier than I thought"

"Fine I'll get off" I said. He turned and looked at me before tightening his grip on my legs.

"Do that and I'll have to carry you over my shoulder"

He began to walk as if I wasn't on his back. I managed to look at him as we walked back to the cabin. He looked handsome like really handsome. No wonder every girl at school wants to date him, but why me? Did he really mean what he said yesterday.

"You'r staring Katherine"

"Is it wrong to stare?"

"No, but it's awkward"

"Sorry" I said.

"Don't be, I like it" he smiled, I couldn't help but smile. Jonah is a nice guy though he can come off as a jerk sometimes.

We were reaching the cabin when I saw someone approaching us.

"Zach!"

He ran to us looking at both me and Jonah and how I was on his back. Jonah let me down. Zach ran to me and hugged me.

"Where were you? I was so worried about you"

"Sorry, we got lost, but we're okay"

"Where did you guys spend the night?" he looked at Jonah.

"At a cabin. Relax, we didn't do what you're imagining" I looked at Jonah.

"Katherine" I looked behind Zach to see Joseph running to us. He hugged me pulling me close to him.

"Joseph, a little to tight" I said trying to get away from his grip.

"Sorry, I was just so worried about you" he moved my hair aside and looked at me.
