-JONAH'S P.O.V.-

"How is she" I asked looking at jack.

"The ancestors said she's still unconscious because of how much blood she lost"

"Who do you think she is"

"I'm not sure, but she came to us for a reason"

Jack was right, she must know something to come to us. I walked out to the living room where the rest of the pack was, it was clear throughout their faces they didn't like Vampires, Hybrids or witches being in their home.

"How do we know this isn't a trap" Henry, one of the werewolves asked.

"We don't know but that's why we must be prepared" Corbyn said walking to the kitchen.

"Are you okay" I asked Zach sitting next to him.

"I don't know..."

A scream was heard outside. It was a girl's scream. We all got up running to the door.

"Abby, are you okay" Daniel asked her as he ran to her.

"They took him...they took Devan...Daniel they have him"

"Who? What are you talking about"

"Some Vampires took him, they hurt him real bad"

"How do we know you're not lying" Kay asked walking to her.

"I hate to say it but I agree with Kay, after all you wanted to kill Katherine" Christina said walking outside.

"I'm not, he's my brother. Daniel you have to do something, as Alpha" Daniel looked at us before speaking.

"Okay, I'll go check it out"

"We're all coming with you" I said walking in front. The rest did the same.

We walked along the darkness with Abby leading the way. Something about this didn't seem right, maybe because there couldn't have been other Vampires around here. We were getting close to the river when a Vampire was near you could smeel him, he wasn't alone, there were more.

"Why are there so many of them"

"Something isn't right about this" I said walking closer.

"A Hybrid is here as well"

Out of nowhere they jumped down from the trees making us back away from them. There had to be at least ten Vampires. There red eyes looked at us.

"What are you guys doing out here" Zach yelled at them.

"Nice way to welcome an old friend" It was Hybrid, his scent was getting stronger as he approached us.

"I'm sure you heard of me, but if you didn't well let me introduce myself ny name is Xavier" He said with a smirk on his face.

Him, he's the one that's after Katherine, he's the one that is causing all of this mess.

"You" I said walking to him, but stopped when a familiar scent caught my attention.

-KATHERINE'S P.O.V.-

I looked at them from the other side of the river.

"They haven't change one bit, they're still as dumb as ever" I said trying not to laugh.

"You were there friend weren't you" Jace asked looking at me.

"I was, but they weren't they never saw me as their friends only as a dumb vulnerable person" I said looked back at him.
