I looked at him as he slept. Even though I hurt him so much he's still by myside, after everything I put him thorough. I got up slowly not waiting to wake him up and made my way downstairs to get a glass of water. I sat on the chair looking out the window as it began raining when something caught my attention, it was a black figure. I got up slowly making my way towards the window when I noticed it was a person. How? Jonah said no one knew about this place, the ancestors cast a spell making sure no one crossed to this side. I looked at the figure closely when I recognized who it was.

"Xavier"

He smiled and disappeared. I looked around trying o find him but he was no where to be seen.

"Miss me"

I turned around and saw him standing by the kitchen enterance..

"What...what are you doing here?"

"Where ever ou are love. I'll go"

"No, you can't be here"

"You see everything is in here" He pointed as his head as he walked towards me.

"Don't come any closer"

"You can't hurt me, besides you belong to me"

I watched as his eyes began to turn red as he approached me. I backed away hitting my back against the wall.

"I'll make sure Jonah knows who you belong"

I screamed not wanting him to come near me, when I heard footsteps coming down the stairs. I felt a hand touch my shoulder.

"Don't, please go away"

"Katherine, it's me Jonah"

I looked up and saw him staring at me.

"Jonah"

"What's wrong? Are you okay"

"He was here, Xavier, he was here"

"Impossible, I would have felt him"

"I don't know, but he said it was all in my head, but he was here. I saw him"

"It's the mark, you're still connected to him"

"I'll break the connection, I can do it"

"No, if you use your magic, he'll be able to track you down, it's the only way he can find you"

"Then how am I suppose to get rid of it"

He helped me get up and sat me down on the chair as he sat in front of me.

"Jonah, we need to go back, something doesn't feel right about this"

"We can't go back like this, if his mark is still on you then he'll be able to take you back and there won't be anything I could do"

"Mark me" I said looking at him.

"What?"

"Your mark is the only way we can go back"

"In order for me to get my mark on you we have to break your connection with him"

"Leave it to me"

"He'll find us"

"He won't"
