Chapter Seven

~  Y/N POV  ~

I felt helpless for the first time in my life, and it was probably the worst feeling in my life. I was being towered over by the number two pro hero, Endeavor. Who just so happens to be Todoroki's father. I stagger backward and give him a small wave. "Uh, hello sir. I'm Y/N L/N...a classmate of Todoroki's. We were assigned to-" Of course before I could get a chance to explain he interrupted me, hmm like father like son I guess. "Shoto, show her to the door. I will not tolerate this nonsense, you have no time for this foolishness." With that being said Endeavor went back inside.

"I think it's best for you to go Y/N, I apologize for my father's behavior. Hopefully the festival tomorrow will help put your mind off it." Todoroki said, leading me towards the door. I nodded, "See you tomorrow Icyhot." Of course, I smiled at him then went on my merry way. His father couldn't have come at a worse time. I almost kissed Todoroki, I can't believe I was that close to kissing my crush. I blushed while making my way towards home. 

I was so happy that I didn't notice I passed my street until I bumped into someone. "Oh um, I'm sorry sir." I look up at the man and gave a nervous smile while stepping to the side. The man I bumped into just glared down at me and smirked, "Well look what we have here. If it isn't one of UA's students. Let me guess Class 1-A Hero course? Stupid kids these days think that anyone can become a hero just because they have quirks. All of you are just stupid, stop playing pretend and open your eyes." I frowned, "Well maybe you should come to the festival tomorrow, and tell everyone there because heroes are needed to help everyone." With that, I started to make my way back towards where I lived but was stopped.

I looked back at the man who I bumped into as he grabbed my hand, "Excuse me?" He pulled me close to him and my eyes widened. What the hell is he going to do? He's not planning on...oh my fucking goodness I need to get out of here. I tried to pull away and yelled, "Leave me alone, or I swear you'll regret it" The man reached in his pocket and pulled out...a knife?! My struggle increased as my eyes went straight to the knife as he placed it to my face. "You shouldn't have tested me, little girl..." With that, he pulled his knife back and thrust it into my side. I let out a loud yelp and pushed myself away from him.

Jesus Fuck Y/N, what did you get yourself into...? Instantly, I tried to make my way towards my house grabbing my side. Luckily, I had made it to the main roads without the man chasing me. I unlocked the door to the house, and as I had expected, he wasn't home. I decided to hobble up to my room to try and do something about my situation. Phone, phone!  Where's my phone!? I thought while rummaging through my bag, finally grabbing it. I looked at my phone, should I text Todoroki...? No. I can't bother him, I'll text Deku and Ochako. I groan taking my hand off my side to text them.

Hey guys, I need a little help, could you come over to my place?

Oh? Sure thing Y/N! Uraraka and I will be right over!
Just send me your location, alright?

Just hurry, please! I'm at my place Deku, you've been
here while training with my father! Please, I need you guys!

I turned off my phone after quickly sending my location, and applied pressure to the wound on my side. I feel so weak and light headed... No Y/N, you need to stay strong and stay woke. The door opened downstairs and I heard someone calling out to me. I opened my mouth and yelled, "I'm in here!" Only, it wasn't a yell, it was somewhat soft. "Deku...I'm upstairs!" I tried to yell out again, this time a bit louder.

I heard footsteps running up the stairs and then several doors opening and shutting. Damnit, they're checking every room except mine. I thought about grabbing something and throwing it but there was nothing in my reach, as I was sprawled on the floor leaning against the wall. Suddenly my door flew open and there stood Deku and Ochako, with their mouths opened. Great, time to explain...
